Comedy masterpiece. The story is very light, there is actually no development at all, which works just fine for a comedy. The element of romance is very well applied too, and it makes this anime stands up among anime with similar settings, like Lucky Star. The characters are all brought together by the main couple, and their personalities are very well defined and ludicrous.
The art is really cute, the background is very detailed, and I personally liked the opening.

The story drags itself. Characters that seem to be essential to the plot just disapear in the middle of the story, like Hunter John Doe and his cats and even the main vilain! The side stories of the suport characters are left mostly untouched and are boring. The main characters don't evolve, don't learn anything from previous encounters with other enemies, and at a certain point the heroin is able to performe a mysterious and awesome atack, only to have it never used or even mencioned again!
Also, the setting of a dream is poorly explored. The art of the characters are fine, but the background ... |
