I'm writing this as someone who watches anime pretty exclusively to find brother/sister incest stories. I hadn't heard much about this one so I put it off for a long time, but I'm glad I finally got around to it. Although there are some stupid moments I could've done without (people pretending to be the main character's sister for no apparent reason), overall I enjoyed the show. I spoiled myself to figure out who the real sister was from the beginning so I could have more enjoyment from the start of the show (since I'm 100% not interested in the non-incest pairings), but your mileage

may vary. For me though I was satisfied with the level of interactions the real sister has with her brother, and although the ending isn't totally satisfying, it's not as annoying as some.
The show suffers in the same way that many "harem" anime shows suffer in that women endless love the main guy, sometimes for really illogical reasons, and nothing is ever decided as to who he actually picks. I much prefer shows where a winner is chosen, but this one was fun enough, and at only 13 episodes you can get through it quite quickly. It's not a hentai so there are no nice sex scenes, but there are quite a few nude shots and lots of ecchi boob grabbing moments and similar.
Art and animation were pretty nice, though fairly standard. I really enjoyed some of the voice acting for some of the characters, Miyabi, Shougou and Kunitachi especially. The story line with Sagara seems unexplained/weird, but other than that I enjoyed it. I'd really like to see a season two, though from my understanding the continued story in the light novels gets very convoluted and I'd prefer the anime to maintain the relationships as they are at the end of the series.
Anyway, if you're looking for a somewhat light-hearted incest-positive anime, give it a go. You may not love the end results (incest is still frowned upon in this world), but the journey there is somewhat fun.

Are you here for incest? Then you're gonna be a bit disappointed.
The first episode is hot. It's a brother/sister who play on the tennis team together and they have a pre-established relationship. There's no set up at all. You just establish the team practicing at "tennis camp", then cut to them having sex in a room. The sex is really hot, really well done, and they do a lot of fun "dirty talk."

incest I'm watching because if they're not related then WHAT IS THE POINT??? But the brother immediately replies something like, "You're such a liar" which makes her giggle. I choose to believe he is saying she's lying about them not being blood related. Your mileage may vary, but if you're like me it's worth mentioning.
And, if you're like me, then episode two isn't worth watching. There's a sequence at the beginning where the sister wears some bloomers that show off her camel toe, but that's it. The rest of the second episode is the brother having sex with all the other attractive women on the tennis team. If you're into just plain hentai I'm sure you'll enjoy it, but if you're here for incest like I am don't bother. I just skimmed through it and the sister doesn't show up for any more scenes.
Art style/animation is fantastic. Really slick, gorgeous line art, really crisp colors, very detailed internal shots and breasts. One of those anime that you really wish wasn't so heavily censored... sigh, Japan! The sister's character design is a bit weird I think, but she's still cute. I like that she is aggressive but also begging for it/dirty. There's a bit where they call each other perverts and that's why they're perfect for each other that I really liked. This isn't the little sister that just lies and cries "iyaaaa" the whole time.
Backgrounds are beautiful, voice acting is great, everything was fantastic... except for the fact that only one episode is about incest and that's gonna really hurt the score for me. I feel bad about it because it is a beautiful hentai and I'm sure the other sex scenes will be really hot for you. (I cannot say though, as I honestly just skimmed through to see if the sister reappeared.)
But other than that line about them potentially not being blood-relations, this is a really hot incest anime!

Your enjoyment of this is going to depend on what "type" you like. Other reviewers have said the first story is good and the second one not as good, and I feel exactly opposite. To me, the first one is borderline rape/non-consensual and really creepy/uncomfortable to watch. But if you like watching unconscious women get raped you'll probably love it. It's not quite that level of rape (she's aware of it happening and has previously expressed interest), but the fact remains he forces himself on her unconscious body. The second story, however, is really sweet. The girl looks too young for my comfort but her actual age is never stated so you can age her to whatever school-uniform-wearing-age you feel comfortable with. This is a story where an older brother returns to the country to visit his mom and little sister. Both siblings express veiled interest in each other, but eventually the little sister comes on to her brother basically with the line "I want my first time to be with someone I love." They have a bunch of great/hot sex and are really tender/loving toward each other. I really enjoy the tenderness/affection they have for one another. There story line is also continued in Suki de Suki de Suki de part 2.
Animation is really nice/high quality, especially in the second story with lots of really pretty backgrounds/countryside shots, and one particularly lovely scene set in golden sunset light. I enjoyed the voice acting though both girls sound more "babyish" than I enjoy. (This is pretty common for the genre though.) Obvious usual censoring, but several nice "internal fingering" shots that are hot if you're into that sort of thing. All instances of ejaculation are internal, and in both stories both sets of siblings are implied to be full relations. (Which is important for me in my incest enjoyment.)
My score would've been much higher if the first story wasn't included. Pairing both versions of Aki and her brother together in one story would've made much more sense to me. (The first story of the second episode is completely unwatchable for me.)
