so far there are only 7 chapters translated into english but i personally am already loving it! it has a very beautiful distinct art style that fits the overall vibe of the manga plus help set the entire setting really well. i love those semi anthology (?) stories so much and i think that's also part of the reason i enjoyed this a lot, there's still a clear red string that connects them all together in a way, but you get to see the stories of the different tenants and!!!! i love that sm!! if you're looking for a little cozy mystery manga to read, ... kaika apartment is the way to go.
