Shinshi Doumei Cross and Sakura-Hime have the same mangaka: Arina Tanemura, so the art and the presentation of the stories are very similar. They both have young females as main protagonists, and both have a large focus on romance, though Sakura-Hime is a fantasy while Shinshi Doumei Cross is your standard high school slice of life with some plot twists thrown in for good measure. Anyone who likes one manga should also like the other.

Both anime are centered around a group of young demon hunters, or exorcists. The main protagonists of both anime are young boys that have been outcast from society, and eventually become one of the strongest exorcists of their groups. Okumura Rin and Allen Walker are also very similar in personality traits and overall attitude, though Okumura has a slightly darker view and Walker will act more mature when the time comes. Both boys posses a power that set them apart from everyone else and add to the main plot of the anime.

Both anime feature young boys as the main protagonists, though Ritsuka in Loveless is younger (12) than Shion in No. 6 (15-17). Both live misleading lives, and both meet mysterious people that change their fates forever, with a little splash of shounen-ai thrown in for good measure.

While Azumanga is based off a four-panel yonkoma, Hetalia is based off very similarly styled webcomic. Both have the same slap-stick brand of comedy that make them enjoyable and easy to watch, with eccentric characters and a happy-go-lucky feel.
