Until i read the last couple chapters (Light 1-3), I'd say this was sitting around a solid 8. But trust me, this story gets hella good near the end not that it was good from the beginning anyway. Anyways:
Story (7/10)
A pretty simple story of different people and their stories as they learn from their battles and defeats of Yu. It doesn't feel rushed, it's not a masterpiece of writing but is still a simple one that makes it work.
Art (8/10)
Simple, clean, gets emotions across very well. I'm a guy that likes a lot of detail in art, so I favor manga style of art

Story: 6/10
A great story following the life of Miyamoto Musashi, a real historical figure. The story is pretty basic but it is still well-executed with parts that will definitely impress you. The story develops quite well, but my problem is the farming arc which made me lose a lot of interest. The story is also not completed, and I doubt that it will be. The highlight of the manga, which was probably going to be kojiro vs Musashi, didn't happen so that was quite disappointing. Art: 10/10 It's Inoue Takehiko so the art was astounding as usual.
