You get what the title says in the show. Alina Clover, a guild receptionist who always ends up working overtime, wants to get rid of it. However, despite numerous efforts to escape it, it still follows her wherever she goes.
I expected better from this series when I first saw the title, but when they introduced Jade as a possible love interest, I kind of almost gave up watching. I felt like it was completely unnecessary. As a romcom fan, I didn't find Jade's advances endearing, but rather annoying.
The character designs were good. I didn't find the animation that special though.

This isn't your typical feel-good fantasy anime with romance to boot. At first, it seems like the anime will provide you the some good adventure-type story with some romance along the way, but it failed at both aspects. However, it's still worth a try if you like fantasy in general.
If you're specifically here for the romance, I doubt this anime will satisfy you. In short, romance wasn't served well. It seems promising at first, but it will leave you disappointed after finding out you've already made it to episode 12 and there's almost no progress in the romance department at all. |
