Ahem. I finished this anime today. It has given me eternal despair. I don't think ill be able to recover from this (I will be good in 2 hours) but this is one of the best pieces of media I have ever consumed just saying. So many psychological and philosophical themes disguised in something you wouldn't expect to come from the first appearance of the anime and that is based on "magical girls" which I'm sure everyone knows as its preceding reputation.
To get ... past the point of that very obvious plot for many but a few, the anime overall is made very well. The storyline wraps itself nicely together from beginning to end very cleverly. The start suggests the end and the end suggests the start very well, something that normally appears cheesy however this is done classically. It does feel like it's ripped out a small piece of my sanity, but well done because that's not something you get to experience often.
If you are tired of your reactions to the media you consume these days being too inhumane and botted, watch this to get some human back in you because you won't regret it or who knows you will. I don't actually know everyone reacts to giant events differently I'm just saying this anime was one big giant event. Thank u Charlotte for the recommendation I've been meaning to watch this for years because of her LOL worth the wait. Okay good night (I won't be sleeping)
