Honestly, I thought…I thought that after losing the potential half way in the series, it wouldn’t get worse. But now after completing the series, even Magical Girls are more mature than this.

First, with the interesting choice in the artstyle and music focus I thought a very unique series would happen. Then learned about it a reboot, and hoped that at least it would get any good.

Repetitive fights with barely any monster design, like, why not make up a design for each monster at least? Something to find differences? And the fight scene…Yes, fight scene. You can only find a different fight scene after you get ... over the half of the series, because it IS repeated a lot. Cheap cuts to avoid animating too much.

I enjoyed the setting before…Slowly, I realized how childish this reboot was, yes, you have DJ looking at BOOB in one of the episodes and I thought this show wouldn’t turn into rainbows and smiles and sickenly large happiness if it can make those scenes. But, I ended up wrong.

Overall, it is a kid’s show. Show it to your kids if you want. But watching it yourself is a chore. Keep it in mind for the future.

Occultic nine is one of those shows were you SHOULD get all analyst about it, and check out every little detail to find the true enjoyment of the show. Not usually into mystery anime, but when I actually give a damn about the characters? Wowie, it is a fun ride.

I had to check between episodes on the first half to make my own deductions, see the show progress and get some of them right.

I love the artstyle, concept, and overall all it has to offer. It is way too underrated and you should NOT listen to certain Gate people to tell you what show is ... better, just watch and enjoy!

What can I say? It’s a reboot that misses the entirety purpose of the original. Sure, the humour isn’t bad in this one. But the original’s had much more put into it, it made it feel unique. If this were a seperated series, it could have been alright. Changing all of them, adding much more bland gags on them, and trying to make a series out of it? No sir, go watch the original for a total ride and an actual parody anime. As this is just a bland comedy compared to its predecessor. Overall, it’s alright on its own. Not good enough to compete ... with actual parodies.

Why is this anime a masterpiece for me? How an absurd comedy harem made me care about their characters, in real life relationships, and my view to the world. Call it fate, for me to have watched this anime 9 or so months ago, and the ova coming up right when I was in a deep doubt. A lot is said and done in the anime, which makes a lot of you weebs confuse about the message of the anime. I recommend you to rewatch it and pay close attention, then see the OVA which is the 13th episode. You'll notice that, there's something ... quite peculiar about our MC's special trait. Is it a mere gag? Is he a mc we should hate? Think again. Think about you, what do you act like in front and behind of others. Have you ever meet a mc that actually acts human? If you're someone of culture, the name of Onizuka should sound familiar. This anime is a spiritual predecessor to his, the ridiculous comedy and its touching moments. You know already where I'm going with this if you have watched, if you haven't I'll explain it for you. Not all in this world are hollow intentions, there is a meaning to every single one of them. The MC can be a jerk, a dumbass, and perhaps greedy. But none of these are its main intentions, there's something Onizuka and Joro share in common...and that is, a heart of gold. I won't compare other "harem" anime protagonist, but Joro in my opinion has the best of hearts of all the harem genre. I hope if I convinced you, this anime helps you as well.

Needless...How should I put it? It had a great start, felt pretty into it until the episodes later on. It went very downhill after the first half of the anime. had some smart moments of build up then total ass pulls that were not enjoyable. It's a bit of a mess really. It's a good laugh when talking about it with others, it's mediocre when watching it alone. The pacing is terrible, like, they drag stuff too much or go way too quickly with it. They explain the powers (fragments) well, but then when actually using them in fight is like "No no, it ... actually doesn't work that well." or the fights with them are boring. Bad timed jokes, doubtful quality jokes at that which are repeated over and over again. Overall? Mediocre, but I don't completely regret watching it.

Mysterious girlfriend, what can I say? I don't think it's for everyone, as the show often contains not very appropiated interactions. If your'e fine with them though, you're gonna have quite the wild ride. Saliva, wet dreams, and much more things revolving the mysterious girlfriend. Watching it alone is an experience, buf if you watch with with your boyfriend/girlfirend I'm sure you'll enjoy yourselves plenty. Of course, if they're into the same anime you're into. No matter how far they go with the ecchi, ti's a very cute show overall. I'm surprised they pull up the writing and concept pretty well, since it often ... fails when they only focus on the ecchi (Just kidding, that's mainly only because of harem elements). So, if you're looking for a show with only a bit of cliches but good character interactions and interesting situations. This show is for you. Overall? I want a mysterious girlfriend, and maybe you will too.

First of all, is part 1 the worst part? Not exactly. Part 1 sets the start of everything that's going to come after it, and the idea of what you'll be seeing as you go on the series. Part 1 isn't as interesting as the parts later on, however, it is a must to watch it or there'll be things you won't understand. The Joestar family, the Hamon, and DIO. Those three elements are important for the next two parts, part 4 however is a little more side-tracked. And the last animated part has many things you need from the first three ... parts. Although short, it is entertaining. Jonathan, the original Jojo is like any other MC you know from this kind of shows. A real gentleman that will protect what's beloved to him. Unlike the MCs of this times that are "relatable coward teens", he has the guts to fight vampires/undead creatures on his own. Encouraged by the friends he makes along the way, and showing no sign of fear to the challenges that block his way. Jonathan is great MC of his category. And don't get me to talk about Dio, or else the whole review will be an analysis of Dio. To put it short:A villain with a nice build up, cliche ideals that go so well with his personality, just what the first part needed to be a must watch.

[Review of part 2]

Since they're in the same season, have to separate them here. This is where Jojo builds their wacky and intense fights, being more of that "Jojo" people know. How good is part 2? Pretty good I'll say, a fun experience to go through. More characters into the cast that add up to the part, although one of them is mostly forgotten and that was a little disappointing. Joseph, what there's no to like about 'em? Unlike Jonathan, he's mostly the reason why this part is much more fun than the first part. An idiot with pretty clever moments, and very touching ones. And the villains? Well, if you learned from how Dio is. You know they're gonna be bastards, but with more of actual purposes to be bastards. Makes it a great part to end the season with.

Overall:Don't skip these, they're good for what they are and add much more deep to the next seasons/parts.
