I was lucky enough to forget why I was going to watch this show or any sort of reviews here before binging this. I definitely recommend watching a few episodes before deciding whether you want to drop the series or not. If you've already decided that you want to watch the show, I'd recommend not reading any more of this review.

Assuming you've not read any spoilers, this series should be interesting. Honestly, anything one could write would probably detract from the experience.

The world building in this show is very interesting. It's got a certain complexity to it.

The art is pretty average for the most part, ... although it's interesting stylistically in certain areas.

The music is fine. Nothing amazing, but fits it just fine. Voice acting is perfectly serviceable.

The characters in this show are definitely likeable. They seem mostly fleshed out. Only one point later in the show where a character behaved in a way that didn't quite make sense, but it wasn't detrimental to the show and things returned to making sense rather quickly.

Overall, I enjoyed this show, but I was also impressed by this show. Kind of makes you want to shake the makers' hands. There's a lot of layers to this show. Some parts feel shallow while others feel deep, and I wonder if that might've been on purpose.
