This is a racist show. And when i say that, i'm not even talking about the depiction of the black woman Sister Krone.

In the first episode, they introduced a brown/black kid, and i was immediately curious how they would depict him. Soon, after a test, these three white kids are revealed as "geniuses", immediately following which, the brown/black kid is immediately shown saying something stupid and everyone laughs at him for "weak judgement/losing his cool".

A few scenes later, we get yet another scene where a bunch of white kids point at the same brown/black kid and say "Look, he's losing his cool again".

I've read elsewhere ... that the other black character i.e. Sister Krone is depicted in a very racist manner. I've seen a few images of that character, and i'm not the least bit surprised after what i saw in the first few minutes of the first episode.

What a terrible show.Very boring, and nothing remarkable.

Story: It's just slice of life with drama and romance. Very dull boring stuff. Nothing more to discuss here.

Art: Art is very bad, poorly designed bland looking characters.

Sound: It's about what you expect in a production and genre like this. Nothing remarkable.

Character: Boring characters you don't really care about, with drama and love in their lives that you don't care about. No goals no objectives, nothing that endears you to them, nothing that makes them charming.

... Enjoyment: Dreadful show unless you're into that kind of stuff.

Overall: Just skip it, it's terrible.

So the Season 1 of this show was garbage. Season 2 is on the same level as Season 1. Can't give it a 0/10 because 1 is the minimum score.

The story is ridiculous, boring, not clever. There is no tension, the main characters are never really in any real danger and there are no real consequences or threats to them. All we see is ridiculous Deus Ex Machina solutions to everything. The enemies are depicted as super dumb and incompetent, and could never put a scratch on the main characters in a million years. A truly pretentious story that is completely unwatchable.

Art is so bad, ... the main characters look like looney tunes characters with goofy faces and look super dumb. I don't know if it's an attempt at subversion by making dumb looking characters be actually super geniuses with over 9000 IQ but it's very silly all the same. Just looking at the characters gives me a headache.

I don't know what to say about the sound, it's nothing special.

Characters are bad across the board, not a single likeable character in the series, the main characters being the least likeable of the bunch, and that's saying a lot. Do I need to go on?

Enjoyment, not a shred of it in this show. This show cannot be watched in order to be enjoyed. Super lame, super boring, super illogical nonsense.

Overall an unwatchable show. Just skip it.

Heavily over-rated show due to nostalgia bias and the fact that most people haven't even seen this show. This is an old-old ancient show and has not grown well with age. Such a show might not get made in today's day and age.

Story: Convoluted story about two "legends" of war between Alliance and Imperials. The two "legends" are super-geniuses and the plot always proceeds as they plan because of plot armor. Everything conveniently falls into their hands at the right time on their predetermined journey to become "legends". Some scenes are so dumb, you see a man with an axe chopping down and entire ... group of soldiers armed to the teeth with guns and they just stand around.

Art: Art is pretty good for an old anime. The depiction of space fleets, inter-galactic battles etc is pretty good. I see this as the main attraction to the show for most people.

Sound: It's pretty decent, there are some classical music pieces used in key scenes. Otherwise there's nothing much to talk about.

Character: The main characters run around with heavy plot armor. Some of them have no personalities.

Enjoyment: This is for the oldies to enjoy with nostalgia bias. It wouldn't interest most people.

Overall: You can skip this and not miss much in the anime world.

Mushoku Tensei or Jobless Reincarnation is a vile and disgusting show. It's a pedo bait, pervert bait, echchi show.

Story: The story is very boring, only interesting for people can't wait for more pedo and echchi scenes to come along.For people who are turned off by that or not interested in that kind of stuff, it's near impossible to get through it.

Art: The art and animation is pretty good and decent but so is the case in most echchi and hentai shows. It's nothing special.

Sound: Great for people who like to hear the echchi and hentai sounds.

Character: Worst characters as you would expect from an echchi ... show. Absolutely vile and despicable MC and everyone else are harem elements, echchi elements or just plain dumb and useless.

Enjoyment: Enjoyable only for people who like pedo stuff, harem stuff, echchi stuff.

Overall: Skip this and forget it exists.

This is an enjoyable show if you switch off your brain. It had at least one very good twist and a few emotional moments. The first half is very slow and if you can get past it, you can get to a satisfying conclusion to the first season. I'm not a fan of the harem elements and trap elements though. That being said, this show is heavily over-rated.

Story is nothing special. Some guy is a scientist that laughs maniacally even though he says nothing scientific and shows no scientific expertise. He just seems like a crazy guy cosplaying a scientist. Then the weird time travel ... BS kicks in which you can enjoy if you don't think about it too much.

Art is just average, nothing to write too much about.

Sound is ok, the opening was great and memorable, but that's just it.

Characters are weird and quirky MC laughs maniacally, there are traps, cute cat girls, tsunderes in this harem anime. Great for people who are into that kind of stuff.

You can definitely enjoy this as mindless entertainment but it cannot be taken seriously. Right now it is heavily over-rated. I did enjoy it when I watched it without critical thinking, getting over the tedious first half and enjoy a couple of twists in the second half with a few emotional moments. But I've never rewatched it and it's definitely not rewatchable unlike the best shows out there.

All in all i give it a 1/10 because it's so heavily over-rated.

Shingeki no Kyojin, or Attack on Titan (which is a mistranslation, it's actually The Attack Titan) Final Season is an absolute trainwreck but it has been the case since Season 1 ended.

The story is dreadful, completely morphed from Season 1 which was the entire appeal of the show. It is full of plot holes and plot conveniences. Use of amnesia plot device to explain everything away is lazy writing, and nothing makes any logical sense. I'm certain the story is written to be woke and designed to ride on the blind following of liberals. Adds several liberal ideologies that have no place in the show ... and have zero relevance to the plot. Devolves to absolute stupidity like time travel, amnesia, magic, sorcery. The plot twists are silly and not entertaining for an intellectual audience.

Regarding the Art, and this is a problem with the source material itself, too many of the characters have the same 'thousand yard stare' dead eyes, it's like the eyes are copy pasted on to all those characters. Their eye expressions never change, and that is just excruciating to watch.

Can't complain much about the Sound, it was ok.

Characters are dumb, poorly written, and I didn't even care if they lived or died. Ton of new characters introduced also dumb and poorly written that I just can't care about. Too much focus on bad characters. Almost none of the characters endear themselves, they aren't interesting and can't carry the story. None of the characters are realistic and relatable, many are just one-dimensional. The more detail that is shown about certain characters, the more unlike-able they become.

Enjoyment, I can't rate it any lesser than 1 or I would have given a zero. Who likes to see characters they don't care about stand around and talk for lengths just infodumping things you don't care about to make an already convoluted and illogical plot even more so. The titans fighting can be cool at times but who really wants to sit through all the garbage to see a few seconds of Titan fights.

Overall it's a 1/10 for me. AoT should have never come back after Season 1 because now we all we have is a titanic piece of turd that people keep polishing and presenting to you as gold.

10/10 Masterpiece, right up there with the best shounen of all time like HxH, One Piece, One Punch Man, and Bleach.

The story is dark but not too dark for a shounen, and the way the mysteries are unveiled, the world is built, the political tension, and the moral issues of racism, war, genocide, and revenge is just great.

The Art is so detailed and the animation is so clean that you know the animators just put a lot of love into the show because it was worth it.

The sound is so good it amplifies all the fight scenes, tension scenes and emotional scenes, the selection and ... timing is just perfect. The openings and endings are also bangers. Voice acting in sub is just perfect.

Characters are written so well to make them endearing and each with their own unique traits and characteristics. When you think you've seen all the characters, bam another new one comes in and they are instantly like-able. Even the villains are written so well that you love to hate them.

This show is so enjoyable and so rewatchable, I've seen it multiple times.

All in all, this is the benchmark for a great shounen anime.

Black Clover is bang average. The only reason I don't say it's mediocre is because it's self-aware and a semi-parody of the shounen genre, and it isn't pretentious and edgy. It has it's high moments in fight animations, openings and endings, characters are kinda cool except for Asta who is super annoying for a long time in the beginning. Always love the comedic dynamic of Yami and the captain chick whatever her name is. All in all, it's good entertainment to pass the time. It's easy to forgive all the flaws in the show like characters winning fights with asspulls because even that is a ... running joke in the show to "just overcome your limits right here and now". I binge watched the show so when episodes felt boring or dragging, I just skipped to the next, at time skipping 3 or 4 episodes straight until something interesting was happening.
Even after switching off my brain while watching this, there was a moment that made me cringe real bad. It was the Licht vs Yuno/Asta fight where this guy popped up and didn't say word one and was just blasting attacks, then suddenly Yuno/Asta do a combo attack screaming "YUNO/ASTA IS MY RIVAL!!". Like what?? what are you guys talking about. Wouldn't make sense for even one of them to scream that at a guy who hasn't said even one word, but for both of them to shout such an illogical non-sequitur at the same time?? That was massive cringe even for Black Clover levels.
Then there is the problem with the overuse of the same running gags and running them into the ground to a point that they are no longer funny.
One great thing about the show I would say so far is that it steers clear of the regular nepotism trope that plagues ALL of anime. Every OP main character is actually a descendant of another OP character and true greatness can only be attained by noble birth/royal bloodline etc etc. While the show does a lot to show that even peasants and their descendants can become Knights, I will not at all be surprised if it is revealed later on that Asta is actually a descendant of a OP Hokage, and Yuno is the descendant of the Uchiha clan.
At this point in the anime, I think Yuno has already been revealed to be the prince of some other nation, so as I fully expect Asta to also go into the same shithole of a storyline. I also wouldn't be surprised if they kill off the mask guy because he's just a son of a peasant so they'll give him the Neji treatment. Even if he lives, he will have to serve under Lord Asta Wizard King of noble birth royal bloodline who was the child of prophecy all along.

Overall I think this show is being under-rated compared to a few other shows that are getting rated above 9 but don't deserve it, so I will give it an 8/10 to level the score.

I had dropped this after the first episode, then reluctantly picked it back up hoping to be proven wrong. But nope, this show is just trash.

What this show has:
1. A bland MC who looks like he was lobotomized
2. Thirsty female characters who just give OP weapons and powers to the MC because "he looks cute", not to mention all of them having the same personality.
3. Extremely cliche characters
4. MC winning by pure luck and plot armor
5. Basically rips off HxH for the story, concept, and characters.
6. It's a racist show. All humans appear to be white, and all non-white characters appear to be aliens, monsters, ... mutants, and/or dumb.

This show is for kids that don't understand what constitutes a good story and good character development.

Highly overrated and overhyped show, and the hype also feels artificial. There is no way there can be so many people out there with such poor taste.
