...then you might like Hibi Chouchou add

These mangas are similar not by plot, but by the overall light, cute, fuzzy feelings. Both mangas have slow, realistic, cute romances and are very realistic slice of life, school life shoujo mangas. Orange has a very unique plot, but it only adds to the character, because you can see her development and thoughts and internal conflict. Hibi Chouchou does not have that, because Suiren (the main girl) barely talks at all, but it's very cute to see how she develops. Both are very adorable light mangas, and have the potential to become absolutely amazing.

If you liked Ookamidomo no Shitsukekata add

...then you might like Ao Haru Ride add

There really isn't much of a similarity of plot between these two, but the feeling and cuteness is the same. Ookamidomo is way shorter and fast paced, and because all the romantic scenes are so spontaneous and adorable it makes for MAJOR dokidoki, while Ao Haru Ride is slow (but not too slow!), or actually more like PERFECT paced and you really see the character's grow closer and fall in love with each other more and more. Ao Haru Ride's main girl is more quiet and thoughtful and shy, but she's definitely not an annoying scared heroine, while Ookamidomo's main girl seems the same in the beginning but she becomes quite strong and amazing and bold. Both are really cute, light shoujo mangas.
