In both manga stories, the male protagonist has a ability to bring anything into being and can embody them by "drawing a picture". Thus, he creates a paradise for everyone and wants to live a mediocre/casual/normal/simple/ordinary life.
The both series have pretty much the same setting: reincarnated OP MC in a new world lagging behind, with little common sense as to how great his power/knowledge is compared to the people in their current world. He also has a brother who competes to be eligible for (qualify to) admission to the magic academy.

The both series have pretty much the same setting: reincarnated OP MC in a new world lagging behind, with little common sense as to how great his power/knowledge is compared to the people in their current world. The male protagonist also have a female slave/maid who goes along and live with him in academy. He has a brother who competes to be eligible for (qualify to) admission to the magic academy.
In both stories, the MC was called the "weakest"/"incompetent"/"no ability of magic" and was chased out of his position in the Demon Lord's Army by the Four Heavenly Monarchs. He hided out in the human's territory until things die down a bit and became more famous with his superior strength compared to everyone in human's society.
In both manga, the male protagonist is a bottom tier adventurer with a useless extremely rare or unique skill for both combat and making money and regarded by everyone as “incompetent”. But gradually when he levels up to reach a certain level, his skill become more useful as a trumpcard to entirely change his life.
