Spoiler-free review.
If you skip episodes 15-24, you end up with a solid anime that isn't burdened by the overbearing tropes of modern isekais. Characters have definite depth and development, and don't resort to standard clichés to be memorable (mostly). Not as much development as a full fledged drama or SoL, but more than enough to make you invested.
However among an ever increasing pile of isekais, it does little to differentiate itself, both a blessing and a curse, as it wont throw off new anime enjoyers with cheap cliffhangers, brash indecency, or shallow inter-character conflicts that are common in current times. in my opinion, it makes
