I always thought the sports anime genre lacked a good football show and i'm glad i found Ao Ashi. Sure we have Blue Lock but i think this show really shows what football is and what is really all about.
Ao Ashi has it all when we talk about sports anime. Good plot, funny moments, good drama moments, excellent characters and perfect football knowledge. This is a show you actually hear about the tactics used, why something work and something doesn't, how moral affects the athletes performances. Even in trainings, they will do something and explain to the viewer why they are doing it, what's ... the purpose and how it will roll out in the game. Maybe i'm overselling it but it truly goes in depth and beyond on certain aspects of football.
I really enjoyed the characters and i this season really made excellent foundations for character development in the future of certain side characters.
But... As nothing is perfect i'm really sad the animation couldn't keep up with it. Don't get me wrong! Animation was pretty good at some points but my main issue is during certain parts of the matches that feel like everything is happening in such slow mode.
I really enjoyed the relationship between Ashito and Hana has it doesn't feel generic and it actually brings something good to the table.
The soundtrack is simple but it's been stuck on my brain this last few days. It is a little bit generic but god damn it goes hard for me.
If you enjoyed the aspect part of football in Blue Lock you really should watch this as it is more football focused than Blue Lock and it actually gives some insight about what it takes to go pro, mainly in Japan but it can be applied to experiences in other countries where it really is hard to breakthrough and pursue a career on the sport.
It was really fun to watch this as i binged watched this and am now reading the manga since the finale left us curious about what comes next! Just watch it and find out for yourself!

So... Helck turned out to be a pleasant surprise for me. Fantasy is kinda dead nowadays since pretty much 95% of the fantasy genre are isekais. That said, Helck was actually a pretty good experience for a fantasy lover like me. They slowly worked the story up, making it serious and more serious along the way and i really enjoyed that. They managed to world build a little bit, which i always appreciate, have solid character development and fun moments all along the way.
Helck is sold as a comedy but it actually is a tragedy. Was not expecting the series to get such a ... shift in moods when i started watching it.
The characters are fun and iinteresting and you feel the impact on the plot that each one has on the story.
It lacks a little bit on the animation department, since in some eps it looks like a powerpoint presentation ngl but it is still able to have some solid scenes. Overall it was pretty good experience for me and if you are a fan of "old" fantasy genre you might enjoy this one. Even if you are not give it a try since the drama on the show is suprisingly good.

So... I went into this one with so much hope but i really am disappointed...

I really enjoy the 00's vibe on this but it's not "clicking" for me. After 3 eps the comedy seems pretty generic, the characters are nothing special, and the story is quite boring, if i'm being honest.
You'll probably enjoy this show if you are just getting into the genre but for someone that has watched a few of theses shows, it doesn't bring anything new to the table. Same characters, same jokes, similar storyline.
Also the voice actor of the MC just doesn't fit I don't know why, call me picky or ... whatever but it sounds weird on this, i'm sorry.
I really enjoy the art style since it reminds me of the mid 00's, early 10's so props to that since i really appreciate the decision of taking that step.
If you enjoy your harems and just want relax a bit watching some nonsense this is totally for you. But if you are looking into something fresh in this genre just look away since this show is not what you looking for.

Nothing much to say about this one.

It's not bad, it's not good... It's just average.
The story is pretty basic, and the pacing is really weird given that in 3 episodes nothing really happened and things are pretty stale with no sign of change. The thing about the girl forgetting her glasses got pretty boring after the first episode as it just felt repetitive an
nonsensical. It's another example of a show rellying to much on the "cuteness" rather than the narrative.
One thing to praise are the visuals and the animation that are actually really good. The soundtrack i'd say it's ok.

I was actually excited about ... this one but it was disappointing for me. I'd say it will be a show with mixed feelings amongst the community but that's my guess.

This anime has so much to say about it but im just going to keep it simple! This show made me feel really happy and gave me a lot of confidence. It's a show about overcoming our struggles and believe in who we are. Went into it expecting to be a good, but not this good.
In a world, where having strenght and power is everything, we get a little boy with a great dream. Something we've seen already and it seems simple at first but hear me out.

Story -
The story is pretty good, nothing new to the table, but its presented in an amazing ... way that glue us into the screen episode after episode and leaving us into wanting more and more of that even though we are familiar with it.
The pacing is very good as it there's never an episode where you feel things are a little bit slow or boring.

Characters -
This is definitely one of the best things in the show, has there are some excellent characters among the cast. Even side characters felt like real persons and not just a "filler" character for the plot. The characters feel alive, and even though there are a lot of characters every single one of them feels like an individual. Everyone has a personaliy, dreams, ambitions and regrets. Each of them is a person and wants to leave their impression on the world. This is cast is so spectacular to the point where you can understand the antagonists. Even root for them a little bit. Overall the casting is amazing and even tho there are good or evil persons, you fee like there's equallity and it's balanced since everyone has their goal.

Animation/Art Style -
The art style definitely looks childish, but whenever i heard about Ousama Ranking i always felt curious about how the show was so acclaimed with an art style that most of the anime fans would avoid. For me it's great, it looks kinda childish but enjoy it that way. Unique traits are important and this is one that makes this show so unique and memorable!
The animation is just god damn beautiful! The fights look clean and animated perfectly! It was truly enjoyable, it is one of those projects where you can feel that the staff that produces it, are all on the same page and completly understands the assignment. Simply 10/10 animation!

Soundtrack -
The team made an excellent job with the music. There were some moments when it trully gave me the chills! The music production on this is just fenomenal as they made such beautiful, profound and vibing tracks that we are left speechless. The more you listen to it, the more you see yourself getting sucked into this world with so much to look for. Simply put... IT'S GORGEOUS!

If you are looking for an amazing ride with a fantasy story, this is a must watch! The more you watch the more you will be drowned on the story and see why this is so amazing!
