Man, I love BL. I have watched all or most available. I really liked this one in the beginning, and it fell off. What is even happening? What happened to the story about the two roommates? Why are there multiple couples’ love stories except for the main MCs? Now we’re on a new couple with an annoying pink haired guy? Seriously want to drop the show, but I’ve already made it this far.
This far in the show, they focused too much on the teacher and his love story; not the one I want to watch. So much back and forth, but we hardly see
...
the MCs after episode 4, so I really don’t get what the show is about. I’m pretty disappointed, and as a fujoshi, do not recommend, sadly. I wanted to love this.

I’ve been disappointed with the lack of BL romance releasing, so was happy to see this was on this list and it’s better than expected! Two virgins who received the ability to hear thoughts of those they touch on their 30th birthday. Super heartwarming and comedic. Into episode 4, they introduce a second potential couple aside from the MCs that I’m excited to see both of their developments.
As a BL lover, this is top tier only 4 episodes in and it has made me want to read the manga because it’s so freakin’ cute. Highly recommend to other BL lovers.
8/10 for this BL. It
...
was very wholesome, but I wish I saw more of the second couple. I love how BL is just so sweet in every way; almost more than regular shoujo. We need more of these shows! The fujoshi in Cherry Magic is me!!

Absolutely amazing. Before I knew what the show entailed, I knew from the cover it was going to be a beautiful anime, and then I see it is a historical anime which makes it even better so I am probably biased already, but this is a must watch. The animations are as beautiful as the cover portrayed.
The animation is gorgeous and Maomao, the MC is a well rounded character for the show and as a woman. She’s clever, funny, beautiful, intelligent; oh but don’t make her mad! You’ll see another side of her you didn’t know she had!
The show isn’t tagged as romance, but
...
I’d say there’s romantic subtext that’s enough to make me wonder what’s going to happen between Jinshi and Maomao, but the show is focused on Maomao trying to lay low as a curcubine to avoid getting in trouble. Jinshi seems to be the one around helping her navigate her new life as an apothecary.
I recommend this show to everyone. It’s very entertaining for a medical show, beautiful animations, storyline is solid and leaves me wanting more every episode. This is probably the only anime I’ve seen on Crunchyroll with a 5 star rating, and the rating I would have to agree is accurate.

I love this one! I had very low expectations because it’s a VRG, and the cover was off putting at first due to the silly bird mask. It wasn’t until I watched it that I understood the whole idea with the mask, and it’s actually pretty funny to see the MC with this since they animated hilarious facial expressions.
He decides to give a “god tier” game a chance after being a “trash game” junkie, and ends up loving SLF. I do like how they incorporated an episode of him playing a trash game (which was hilarious due to the glitches) to show us the
...
difference in the way he plays. His fighting style is different. Balls to the wall, charge in with no plan, but he is still a skilled player.
Only thing I don’t really like about the show is how they’re adding romantic subtext. Non gamer girl is crushing on the MC, so she goes to the gaming shop without him knowing to get information like the latest game he is playing. STALKER. Now she wants to learn how to play SLF so she can game and “help” him in any way she can, but he doesn’t know. I don’t see how this would enrich the story, but we’ll see.
I’ve recommended this to everyone I know. There’s action in every episode, entertaining and funny. The animations are also done beautifully especially in game. I’m hoping it keeps up with the pace it’s been. Excited to watch Rakuro beat this game!

I really love these animes where the MC gets a second chance in life whether it be figuring out to escape the “dead end” or the guillotine.
In Mia’s previous life, she was a bratty, entitled princess. Everyone around her shivered in fear. It wasn’t until she was sentenced to death, experienced terrible living conditions and the guillotine she decide to change.
Overall, the show is pretty funny. Mia’s inner monologue cracks me up especially when the guillotine animation is involved. You can see that she really grows as a character to be kinder to those around her and the least fortunate.
Sure, she changes
...
her behavior for her own selfish reason, she’s scared of the guillotine, but she also does care about people such as Anne, who was there for her even when Mia treated her poorly.
I’d recommend this show for people that like this type of genre. Something lighthearted and fun. Tearmoon Empire ended up being better than expected

I do have mixed feelings about this anime. The first two episodes were exciting, but then the last two kind of lost me due to the silliness of certain things about the show.
Andy finds Fuuto, the MC of the show who has disaster happen to anyone that touches her. Andy is considered an Undead, and wants to die, so he believes his only hope from a “grand death” is to fall in love with Fuuto. I love Andy as a character because he’s so optimistic no matter the challenge, and he’s overall hilarious especially when he cuts his legs off to get a power
...
boost then regenerates 😂
So far the show has been about them running away from organizations trying to catch them, but Andy is around the corner to save the MC every time, as he’s doing everything he can to protect her.
When they introduce Gina, that’s when things started to fall off for me. Her power was just corny and took away from the show a bit.
I’m hoping there will be some romance later down the line since Andy is trying to woo Fuuto and Fuuto has never been in a relationship due to not being to touch anyone, so I’m intrigued to find out if they actually fall in love and Andy gets his grand death, but Im actually hoping he sticks around with her.
The anime is decent for this season and worth a watch. I can only speak on the 4 episodes that are released. I’d recommend it as comedy.

I didn’t have high expectations for season 3 after season 2 lost me, but Shield Hero is coming in hot this season!
So far each episode has been action packed and adventurous, snd IT MAKES SENSE. I’m loving the character development and how the party is much stronger and can basically stand on their own now, from watching the struggles the other heroes are facing. Naofumi went from least popular and liked, to most loved and an example of what a hero should be.
They’ve introduced new characters this season which I’m excited to see how their story unfolds as the demihuman village develops. I love
...
seeing how far the village has come compared to when he first got it with Rhaptalia.
I love Naofumi’s VA and it always cracks me up when Naofumi gets angry at someone. I totally forgot there was a noblesse that was exiled from royalty named “Bitch”, so it’s funny whenever I hear him get mad and call her her new name, and funnier that the spear hero calls her “Slut”.
The soundtrack for this anime is probably one of my favorites especially the battle music. It’s one of a kind, imo.
I don’t like much isekai anymore, but this one is a top for me with the exception of S2. Hoping S3 continues to be entertaining as the story progresses.

I usually try to avoid harem if I can, but my anime FOMO doesn’t let me when I see something high rated for the season.
For a harem, I’d say it’s pretty decent. God telling the MC he will meet 100 soulmates in high school and the one he doesn’t date, DIE so he’s trying to be with all of them. I didn’t read the manga, but this anime will be super long if he’s really going to be with 100 girls. Three episodes in, so far only 3 girls have been introduced. They all have a different personality, and I really like Karane because
...
she’s a cute tsundere. She’s more interesting and funny to me compared to the other two so far.
The one thing that gets on my nerves about this anime and kills it for me is the male MC. He’s like a nervous, screamy boy and I hate that. Have 3 girlfriends yet you’re still acting like a baby. I know he doesn’t have a choice but to date all of them, but he’s still sleezy in his own way, but I can ignore all that since the show is entertaining overall.
I do like the animations of the show and the comedic expressions. It’s what you’d expect from any school shojo harem anime.
If you enjoy romance, this one is a little funny and entertaining. It’s a lighthearted watch which I’d recommend because the concept is silly. I’m excited to see how this all turns out; see all the different personalities the MC will have to deal with and how he’ll have to explain a new gf each time.

I am obsessed with this anime, and upset that I put it off for so long. If you love gore anime, but don’t enjoy this, I’m sorry but you have bad taste. 😂 This show is a masterpiece to me!
I love how raw this show it; the brutality, cruelty, and realism about what truly can happen in a war. The little bits of comedy are placed in the show just right, and every episode leaves me wanting more. Goblin Slayer sounds like he’s s simple, straightforward character such as only wanting to kill goblins, but there’s so much depth and complexity to his character, and
...
the fact that he remains mysterious throughout the show, I find to be really intriguing. For once an anime isn’t focused on attractive MCs, but the story that is happening and how to love a character without knowing what they look like and fawning over them.
Each episode is exciting. I didn’t find it to be slow moving at all since S1E1. It feels like it’s so short because watching it makes time go by so quick because I’m engaged with the story appreciating every character and there’s some type of action happening in every episode. I’m loving the development of the party and excited to see them get stronger and getting to know new characters.
It’s everything that a gore anime should be. I recommend this to everyone including all my friends, but if you can’t handle sensitive topics like rape, torture.. it’s probably not for you.

I wish this anime got more attention. So far there hasn’t been an episode where I wasn’t left it tears. It’s such a sweet, wholesome anime.
The first four episodes have focused on each brother and the struggles they have within themselves and their brothers since their parents passed away. It’s emotional to see the perspective of each brother who vary in age. You see the struggle of the older brother and the challenges he faces raising his 3 younger brothers on a teacher’s salary. Two brothers who aren’t twins but the same age and the rivalry and the feeling of not being as good
...
as the other, and then the youngest brother who’s much wiser than his age, but feeling isolated because he’s the youngest and wants to contribute to helping his brothers.
They all have their internal and external battles, but the love between all 4 still remains as unconditional love and truly want happiness for their brothers.
I love each character individually. They’re all adorable and much different than one another personality wise and partially due to the age gaps.
I highly recommend this anime if you want something lighthearted. It’s definitely a feel good anime even though I’ve cried every episode due to how sweet they have been. It’s super cute and I can’t say enough good things about it thus far. Each episode has been a delight.
Edit after finale: This is the definition of feel good slice of life! What a wonderful story about 4 brothers taking care of each other. Definitely recommend to those looking for something heartwarming and entertaining. The show lived up to what I thought it would be. Lots of laughs and tears. Very sweet.
