In both Kodomo no Jikan and Mitsudomoe - a new teacher starts teaching a class of strange/somehow perverted kids. In both, at first it is tough for the teacher as the kids hate him but they grow to like him. Both are really funny and enjoyable!

Shitsurakuen

Both involve female knights. Also, Shirou swore to become a protector of justice and Sora swore to become a knight of justice. Both manga involve a "game" of some sort, while Shirou fights in a game for the Holy Grail, Sora fights in a game called Exaclan. The only difference is that Shitsurakuen has a shoujo-ai + harem hint, although they both include shounen, action and fantasy. If you liked Fate/stay night then it is likely that you will like Shitsurakuen.

Theyre both shoujo-ai, with action and fantasy involved. Gurenki has a tint of harem and Shitsurakuen is packed with cute harem. Both manga give off a similar feeling; Shitsurakuen is a unique manga with well-thought out characters and a unique storyline. Not to mention, the art is great. If you liked Gurenki then be sure to look up Shitsurakuen.

Junjou Electric

Both of these manga give off a similar vibe. Itoshi no Boukun is more yaoi, but it is sweet and mysterious like Junjou Electric. It's also to be noticed that the seme in Itoshi no Boukun wears a long, white jacket similar to a scientists just like the seme in Junjou Electric. If you liked Junjou Electric, then I'm sure you'll like Itoshi no Boukun (if you don't mind the yaoi - although it focuses more on the story than the yaoi scenes)

Both are shoujo-ai; Hayate x Blade revolves around swordfighting in an all-girls school; where a determined student who replaces her sister fights on to save an orphanage which is in financial troubles. Hayate x Blade has more comedy and has a pretty upbeat tone surrounding it. However, Shitsurakuen is similar; because I found that they both had the same determination in the atmosphere.
