This second season kind of lacks something the first season had and my interest is beginning to wane. Now I wouldn't say the series is bad but I really wish there was less focus on him trying to build laundromats to the point the name should have been "Opening a Laundromat in Another World".
The story continues from the first season with the laundromat arc. How about more adventures where he tries to tame more slimes or literally anything else besides him and these laundromats. The 4th episode has helped raise my interest again but I am ready for the story to move away from the
...
laundromat arc.
Ryoma is still traveling and making connections with others but they mostly just tie back in to the laundromat business he is trying to expand upon
Artstyle is fine, nothing really changed from the first season.
Edit: it seems my prayers were answered by ep 5 when Ryoma decided to go back to working jobs as an adventurer to raise his rank. Thank goodness too I don't think I could have handled the series if it focused mainly on his business

My Dressup Darling anime is something I have been looking forward to seeing ever since I started the manga a while back. Those saying "it is meant for cosplayers", let me state that is just false. The story and characters focus on cosplaying but it is deeper than that.
This anime is also for people who have felt alienated by people around them for having hobbies that aren't generally considered "normal" for their demographic. The message of the anime represents is "it is okay for you to like the things you like" and NOBODY should judge you for it.
Story (8) and characters (9):
The male lead, Gojo
...
(a hina doll maker), really likes designing and creating dolls but that hobby caused him to have a moment where a childhood friend told him he was weird and their friendship supposedly ended there. Ever since then he was afraid to form connections with other people.
Now our female lead, Marin (an Otaku erode game player), she is very strong willed and confidant person that will be honest to anyone that tries to make fun of her hobby and doesn't take any sass from anyone. She wants to cosplay but has none of the skills needed to make the outfits she wants. But she has felt a little lonely since she doesn't really have people to talk about her hobbies with
These 2 form a friendly relationship that builds through their hobbies and interactions. Gojo gets a friend that accepts him for who he is that will rebuild his lost confidence and Marin gets someone who she can actually talk about the animes and games she plays and get help cosplaying the characters she idolizes.

This has been one of the best animated series I have watched in a while. The manga to anime adaptation is done so well it is like the studio is literally bring EVERY panel to life and I hope it means they are trying for a second season.
Enjoyment (9]
In all honestly I might be biased because I LOVED the manga and have so far loved what the studio has done for the anime. I look forward to The rest of the series and what the studio can bring to the viewers. It has a great message and an amazing cast of characters that will grow in the series and on us. I pray we get a season 2

This was something I guess. This anime was based on an actual person who served under Nobunaga and I would have liked to have seen that story. This anime throws in way too much of everything to try and make itself look cool. It is like that kid in class who tries to like everything that everyone else likes so they can be considered popular instead of being unique themselves.
Story (5) I would have been okay with this anime just covering the actual story of Yasuke, instead we get a story of mutants, robots, and super powers. For a second I had to go back
...
and be sure I wasn't watching some new animated X-men show. I mean it is cool but that shouldn't what makes a story interesting. It would show Yasuke's possible history in flashbacks and I think THAT should have been the story that was told.
Art (8) the art is at least very well done and is impressive, especially when it comes to the fights and the Russian woman's transformation which I thought was a really well done animation. The one thing I would have changed is the dead bodies looking like they were made of red jello on the inside.
Sound (7) very well done when it came to the actual sword fights and voice work was done very well for the dub I watched.
Character (5) for a series called Yasuke it seems to mostly focus on other characters especially a little girl named Saki who has this world shattering power inside her and Yasuke is pretty much her body guard. Also characters come and go with almost no development to their character, probably because the creators went with a "fictional action" story instead of telling the real story about real people.
Enjoyment (6) I do enjoy these types of anime that just go bat shit crazy with their ideas but when making an anime about someone from actual history, that already has an interesting story, then taking it and just adding all this unnecessary stuff to it makes it come off as "trying to be too cool" when it could have been cool by telling the real story behind Yasuke. If I want super powers, mutants, and robots, I'll watch a marvel movie.

Alright well I gave this 4 episodes and I don't think I will continue with this series after today. (Spoiler Warning just in case). Before I get to review, please stop messaging me about it. If you don't like it, then disregard it and move on. I will just delete your message without reading it, so don't waste your time.
Story (3): I was interested with the idea of the "full dive" VRMMO but it is like the creators don't know how most MMO's start. Does every player in this world get 2 childhood friends that can become AI party members? Because that doesn't sound like
...
an MMO, that sounds like a basic single player RPG. Also why does a pretty much dead game still have servers if the company that handled the services shut down? I just couldn't understand how the writing worked here.
Art (7): I will say this is probably where the series shines is in its art style. It's not the best but the characters are drawn to reflect their personalities, especially Reona. If you are interested in the art then you can probably stick with it better.
Sound (6): I never know how to rate this subject so I will give it a 6. The characters expressions come through clearly with their voices and the ending music is rather enjoyable but that is all I can really say about it.
Characters (2): alright so this is what probably made me want to drop the series the most especially once it got to episode 4. The MC is just too cringey for me to want to come back and watch him. He had a rather embarrassing mishap during a track meet and now lives as a shut in and social pariah. His whole character is that he runs when things get too tough, cliche but it can work when done right. I personally think this works when the setting is more slice of life than a virtual world where you have to be physically gifted to succeed in it. Hiro logs into this game twice, I wouldn't have logged into it after the first time, and it is the second time where he is ripped off, cut, beaten, arrested, haunted, and tortured, to which he then quits the game (any sane person would). But then he goes back in after the promise of getting hanky panky from the other character of the series.
Which brings us to Reona, she is either a mega fan or a dev of KQ if she thinks this game is actually good for anyone to actually spend the equivalent of nearly $100 to play it. She pretty much tricks Hiro into buying the game and offers to help Hiro (when she is available to) possibly beat the game and in return she offers to either marry or sleep with Hiro. This game has only been beaten by one person and that person turns out to be a very narcissistic since he thinks people looking for help to beat this impossible game is trash.
Enjoyment (3): I was thinking 4 but I can't personally see this as "decent". I guess if I saw this as more of a comedy, I could get through it but I just don't like the characters and the story doesn't make sense to me. I am sure others will like it but it is a pass for me.

Maffy wants an "actual review" when the one I gave was like every other review so here it is reposted with edits
Story and characters (8): the idea of a hardcore Yakuza is funny and makes for a great comedy. The idea of this guy making everyday chores into intense altercation with other Yakuza is funny.
Art and sound (3): Umm where is the animation? This is literally the definition of lazy. It is just copy and pasted manga panels with color, voices, and sound effects. I was really looking forward to this and to get the very bare minimum of effort makes me sad. I love
...
this Manga's story and characters but I was hoping the animation quality would have been at least above the level of a Queen Bee hentai, which I think this is actually worse.
Enjoyment (2): if I want to look at panels then I will go back and read the manga. This is just a waste of time to watch when I could have the same experience just looking at my phone.
Overall (3): I was really hoping to get more out of it, now I am just depressed and don't even care about the second season. Hopefully the word of the fans disliking the non-animation reaches the studios ears and they do something about it for the second season

So my review was removed for not containing "enough info" about why I gave it my score. So here ya go, ezra_aket.
Story: 5
There is no central story for this series. 8 episodes in and it is like each episode is a stand alone story, which I guess makes sense since this is based off a series of novels about a guy that mediates for his local gang and solves their problems. That's it. the mc is given a task, he investigates task, and he solves task. Rinse and repeat for every. Single. Episode. There is not a single centered plot in this whole show to
...
get attached to.
Art: 7
I will give it this. The art is probably the best part of the show. It is well drawn and animated. The only thing I can really sat this series has going for it.
Sound: 6
Honestly I never know how to score this subject. Sound is decent. It sounds fine.
Character: 5
Okay here is something I can give a better analysis. Characters in this look cool but I haven't learned anything about any of them besides their basic info. I feel like if you have to be a fan of the book series to really enjoy this because I know absolutely nothing about Makoto and his acquaintances.
Why is he friends with Takashi? How did Takashi create his gang? Or how did he become the leader of the G boys? And I have the same questions for Kyouichi (leader of the red angels gang). None of these are answered and I think won't be answered in the anime. Basically if you are a fan of the novel series, you might enjoy this more.

This isekai was one of the most average isekai ever. I enjoy the manga and I implore everyone to experience it that way. The anime does it a disservice, especially with the goblin village raid.
Story: average isekai plot. A 40 year old abused and underappreciated businessman dies and is sent to another world with op abilities and also gets in good terms with a baron with a young daughter who is obviously the female love interest. I wish they didn't spend 3 episodes at this laundromat he built. That felt very unnecessary.
Art: it's fine but nothing amazing in my opinion
Sound: same with sound it is
...
pretty much fine
Character: there honestly isn't any it is your average isekai character that we have seen and that have been done better in the manga.
Enjoyment: gave it 9 episodes and after spending 1/3 of him building and running a laundromat, I am done

Jack needs an in depth review, well alright Jack.
Story: the idea is good. I love post apocalyptic stories but this is filled with too much for how little it has to run. From what I understand the manga covers the story and characters little by little where as this anime just thrusts them into your face and tells you to move on. It rushed and too quickly covered without giving the viewer time to take it all in. The idea of the 7 seeds plan sounds good but it has flaws because the teams that comprise of the 7 seeds groups (named after the
...
seasons with summer getting 2 teams) are filled with members that either can barely survive or don't care about the plan
Team Winter is taken down to one member
Team Autumn doesn't follow the idea of the 7 seeds initiative
Team Summer A is comprised of psycho survivalists that kill their guide upon waking up
Spring has intelligent and talented members of society
And Team Summer B is comprised of loser dropouts that apparently lived in harsh home environments because the government thought that would equal being able to survive the end of the world.
If this were real this plan would be immediately thrown away and replaced.
Art: it's okay, it passes but I have seen better styles
Sound: again it's okay I can hear characters talk and I guess that is how the end of the world would sound like.
Characters: it tosses so many out you so quickly I barely remember who does what and what their names are. This would have been better if the 7 seeds plan was possibly just 7 people and it would work more for the show. With this plan of 8 per team (7 citizens and 1 guide) that makes a total of 40 but the show cuts it down to 30 in the first few episodes.
Enjoyment: the only enjoyment I got was watching this stupid plan kind of fall a part as a majority of the 2 of the teams plus the remaining team winter member probably will die because no way was this plan gonna ensure everyone's lives.
Rating: 5 painfully average and boring to watch. Probably more enjoyable if I was getting high like team Autumn. Go watch Dr. Stone instead.
Alright, JACK, there is your in depth review on this garbage anime

Are they feeding you over there Studio Deen? You guys are dropping the ball on some of the best anime. First Seven Deadly Sins and now this.
Orphen was one of my favorite animes growing up and they remove his entire motive in 3 episodes and the 4th is just a pointless flashback. In the original it took 24 episodes (granted half of it was filler) but he had a motive to work toward. In this series he takes care of his main mission and now we just watch him travel and be a sorcerer with zero motive. I only know one anime that truly pulled
...
that off and it was Slayers and I don't think Deen can accomplish what Slayers did

The anime has an interesting idea but not very entertaining it is mostly just sitting at a table in one room and talking. There isn't really any mystery or at least one worthy of getting interested in. These 'mysteries' wouldn't exist if the parties involved just talked to each other, especially in ep 3.
The story and art aren't bad but nothing to write home about either. Sound is kind of not really something that is really focused on here.
The characters are kind of boring Richard is bland and uninteresting, Seigi has his moments and is probably only a bit more interesting than Richard at least.
Enjoyment:
...
well it is mostly just these 2 plus their clients sitting in a room and talking. That's it. It isn't really something I think people would enjoy
