The Ruler of the land is pretty entertaining, I quickly read through the scanlated chapters and it left me wanting more.
The story: 8/10: The story is a bit cliche, but since this manhwa was made back in the 90s I can forgive it. It is an adventure type story where the main character just goes in whichever direction his penis is pointing. Quite different from the usual main characters that are too scared to look at women.
The art: 7/10: The art isn't too spectacular, but it is still good and the way the panels are managed made the actions and martial arts the characters

use have more impact.
The Characters: 8/10: I really like the characters in this manhwa, Especially the main character. Bi-Kwang is easily one of my favourite characters from a comic. His reasons for learning the martial arts are simple, he just wants a woman. No real big goal in life, he just wants to spend his life happily married to a woman he loves. A great reason to become one of the most powerful men in the world.
Enjoyment: 10/10: The characters are funny and the art isn't bad. I laughed at a lot of the jokes and some of the special moves were awesome.
Overall: 8/10: I would recommend this manga to anyone that enjoyed dragon ball, as they are both similar except I think that this Manhwa is funnier
It is quite different to the usual trope of "I want to get more powerful to protect my friends"
