If you found the end of Dreamin' Sun unsatisfying, real Principal. It's essentially the same setup but with the Landlord removed. They both have similar love interests and art styles, and handle the characters' roles and plot prevalence similarly.

The relationship between the main characters develops in a very similar way across both of these manga, and both have a beautiful art style.

The plot lines are pretty different, but the protagonists are both middle-aged men (who act like they're elderly) with very loud personalities. Both series also have the same type of humor and pacing.

The protagonists and art styles of these two stories are so similar, I checked multiple times to see if it was the same author. Both stories follow a similar protagonist through a new stage of her life and the people that come with it. The pacing a plot direction of both follow similar patterns, and the overall tone is almost a perfect match. Both are "ordinary" hidden gems in the same way.

Plot-wise the stories are pretty different, but they share similar tones, styles, and characters. Both feature characters who are a little weird and relish in that weirdness. There are themes of romance, but it's not necessarily an all-encompassing main point of either manga -- we get to see all types of relationships between characters. The art styles simple, the stories are light, and both will leave you a little more cheerful.
