Ai no Kusabi

Both are about toxic relationships and an uneven power dynamic. Ai No Kusabi is set in an alternate universe with much less human emotion involved but instead just politics, but the Finder Series deals with the real world mafia instead. However, Riki and Takaba are both the fiery 'ukes' (there's less stereotyping than usual in these series) who don't back down without a fight.

As an Ouran fan, I started reading Kekkon Shiyou yo because the male leads looked like Kyoya and Tamaki from Ouran. They also have similar personalities, which make both mangas quite enjoyable for the fans of the other. :) I for one enjoyed seeing my fave Kyoya in a romance of his own!

It has a very similar feel with the whole 'trapped in a game with a hot girl and I'm useless in real life' trope.

Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii

Both are about boys (Livi and Ciel) who at a young age conquer the world of grown-ups despite being constantly looked down upon for being children. Both have love interests, but in Soredemo, the romance and comedy is central while Kuroshitsuji is much more dark and increasingly focused on Ciel's own revenge instead of his life now.

It has a very similar setting, a similar cast of characters, and a very closely related dynamics between the main characters and rest of the cast. Many of the scenes look to be closely related, on top of which many of the plot events are also very similar.
