Story:
It's definatley the type of anime geared towards people who want something cute, substantial with a little bit of fan-service which seems to work and not offset any bais on whether or not to veiw the series. The story follows a group of girls all ranging from different ages who fall in and out of love while also discovering what it actually means to love. It's not cheesy and the stories are realistic and often funny, and most of the jokes are very well placed.

Art:
The art works in favor for this anime because it's detailed in the character expressions and has this type of fluid ... motions that really help the story progress. The facial expressions shown propell the story forwards and show that sometimes diaolouge (internal or not) isn't really needed.

Sound:
The opening was a little too cheesy for me, but the ending fit just fine. The music throughout the series was unnoticable (and I only say that because I don't remember it) except for one moment where all dialouge is cast out and is replaced by a song a few minutes before the show ends.

Character:
All of the characters are really fun and loveable. At first they seem to be pretty cookie cutter characters, and a few times they even mention thier "complexes" for thier preferance of boy or girl. Because of it's light-heartedness the characters range from being meek, to overly loud, to keeping everything hidden or over the top in some of their actions (but the series pulls it off very well). However, some characters featured in the intro or outro are hardly developed, the viewer sees them one time, they state what they do and they occasionally speak to the other characters but there is no real development. I just found it strange that they were added to the intro/outro in slightly memorable parts when they had little to deal with the actual show.

Enjoyment:
10/10. I couldn't wait to see the next episode, and sometimes I stayed up really late just to see as much as I could.

Overall:
It's a short series that ends on just the right note. It doesn't make the audience want MORE because everything concluded very well (it wasn't a fluffy ending, everyone had thier different realistic endings which was super refreshing). If it was any longer then I'm not sure if I would have enjoyed it as much, but it's a great series to watch if you're in the mood for something not so much meaningful as it is entertaining in how relationships develop.

Story:
The story had its moments where it was really really interesting or really really boring, and it seemed as though there were only those too extremes. The big time jump during the first third of the series seemed to be random, but after it explains itself it makes complete sense. Sometimes I found myself sitting there saying "What?" during the supposed 'plot twists' as well as character development. However, minus the melodrama that seemed to infect this series, the basic story made me want to figure out what was going on.

Art:
Phenomenal. Everything was really fluid and very specific when it came down to the details, ... plus near the end of the series it was still as good as it was in the beginning. The creatures weren't exactly origional, but they looked good :D

Sound:
The introduction song was really good, and fit well with the animation as well as introducing the characters without really introducing the characters.

Characters:
The characters were developed too quickly, and bounced from one extreme to another in one episode flat. Some series' can pull this kind of change off, but when it happens to just about every character in every episode it's almost like the characters were catered to fit every episode differently. It made the characters kind of loose thier sense of uniqueness by adjusting too quickly to what was going on around them.

Enjoyment:
8/10. I did watch the entire series because it moved quickly without dwelling too much, and even though there was a good amount of melodrama it was bearable, if not entertaining.

Overall:
Not bad at all, but it would take me a while to actually watch it again.

An incredibly underrated series that was considered to be another copy of Evangelion. Shingu was actually origionally released to be 40+ episodes, but since the following seemed to be small the company that origionally released it cut it down to only 26 (which explains how the ending felt slightly rushed, but it still made me wanting more).

Story:
The story development had to be my favorite part about it, it was told by the veiwpoint of Hajime who befriends a new kid at school who's a little more than what he bargined for. At first I thought it was going to be the average superficial plot, ... but it ended up being quite good--especially at the end, but I won't give that away.

One thing I liked the most was the almost comical way Hajime told his story, I loved how the charters would stop and say "Why are you talking to yourself?" or something along those lines while he was giving his narration, the series played it off very well.

Art:
I usually don't take the time out to watch an older series, but the art didn't bother me at all because I thought the story was just too amazing to let that stop me from watching it.

Sound:
I didn't really notice it at all, but at least it didn't detract from the series in anyway. The opening and closing theme songs were a little cheesy and very 80s anime, but what else was I going to expect? xD

Character:
The characters in this are simply amazingly portrayed. Muryo stands to still be my favorite character in any series by far, only because he was described as not being able to tell if he was daft or a genius. Because the series was cut short, some of the character development had to be left out obviously, but the series did an incredibly job of bringing out unique and refreshing characters in the series--even the ones only seen a few times were interesting.

Enjoyment:
10/10. Enough said.

Overall:
It's the kind of series that's really easy to get through and doesn't crap out or have any filler episodes to fill in the gap that people call the "middle of the series". I loved it, and it left me feeling that the story really wasn't over at all even though the series had ended.
