Definitely the worst anime I have watched yet. The story is basic, and also super rushed. I feel like it did too much of a time skip. Sure, toward the end we got some backstory, but it still wasn't much. The animation is pretty decent and the voice acting too. The plot is just not that interesting and I think that the anime should be 12 episodes and not 5. I am giving it a 3/10, although the scene of Afro fighting the robot in the sky was sick as hell and made me consider giving it a 4. But I just couldn't. I ... really did not enjoy it at all. Might just be my preference, but I did not like it. I feel like the anime is super rushed and just not enjoyable to watch.

Just watched this, I am giving it a 6/10. The first episode was amazing, a 100/10. After that it kind of became repetitive and boring to watch. Arc is a great MC and I love the way he addresses the audience. The characters were good but nothing super special, no one really stood out to me, even Arc. Although shoutout Carcy, even though he was barely on the screen he was cool as hell. I do love the fantasy setting and I must add there were some very good sound effects. Ending was good, ended exactly how I wanted it to. Probably wouldn't rewatch ... but I would recommend. It is a good isekai, and I feel happy with the 12 episodes, didn't feel it needed anymore.

I enjoyed this movie/episode a lot. I went to a theatre to see it with some friends (twice) and it has been a very cool experience to see it play out on the big screen. Nagi is my favorite character so it was awesome to take a deeper dive into his backstory, and Reo's too. I don't really see it as a recap, maybe the later half could be more considered a recap, but all the scenes are still from Nagi's perspective and has his thoughts over certain parts. I enjoyed the movie a lot, the ending was a little bit rushed but it did ... make sense because the ending of the movie was just parts that were in the anime, so it was fine to brush over it. By the way there are after credits scenes, so don't leave too early. Overall, it was a good movie and I enjoyed watching it in the theatre, Nagi is my favorite character so as long as he is on the screen I'll like it. 8/10, can't wait for season 2.
