Both anime are about the recovery of a hikikomori. NHK goes in a way more dark and dramatic, and we get to know other people with other problems Onimai goes more in a comedic and soft way.

...then you might like JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken (TV) add

Both Dio and Yujiro Hanma are forces that can't be defeated or reason with. Both series has that style of strong and big muscular men (look at 15 year old "kid" Kaoru Hanayama) The part 1 of Jojo is about Jonathan wanting to defeat his evil vampiric "brother". In case of Baki, he wants to defeat his father that is know as the strongest of the world (he can even stop eartquakes with one punch in the Earth). Both stories has those moments of absurdity (search Baki in youtube and you get lots of cool scenes). I also recommend Baki because he's a anime without powers. All fights are 100% physical. The one who wins is the one with more force or strategy
