Both MCs have a similar relationship with ghosts and their mother. They're both followed by a black-long-haired ghost. Their respective long-haired ghost are similar in the way they view the MCs. Both MCs are frequently stressed and scared. They begin alone and by the progression of the story, make more friends.

Both story follow a group of cats that are perceived as normal cats by the humans characters but also have a humanoid/nekomimi form. The humanification of their appearance is only for the reader to see and not an actual shapeshift. And while they have clothes in their human-like form, they're still naked in their actual cat form. The duality with their humanoid appearance and cat attitude is funny and cute.

Both story take place in a similar naturalist utopia (with large meadow and cliff near water) with supernatural enemies. Both show a mysterious creator that made and name the people before giving them an assignated job. Both have a clumsy, innocent and kind of useless protagonist. Both MCs have short and blue hair (and blue eyes). Both MCs are physically fragile. The palaces were they live are similar (white, big and minimalist with pillars and an opening to the outside). Both stories' mysterious creator saves the day instently when they come to defend their protégés. The protégés have uniforms in both stories. Both series have a character making clones with a liquid. Both have stylized and thin lineart.
