As a doctor, I really enjoyed this.
I finished it in one night. I enjoyed both political part and medical part. I'm surprised the doctor part was pretty good except the emergency scene at the airplane. Apart from that is pretty much realistic especially the outpatient service - the questions she ask the patient to approach to the disease are real and do investigations for diseases that needs to do, not like some other medical-related fiction that only mention the difficulty of surgery and it's almost always super rare disease or tricky cases - -.
