Mixed Feelings
-SPOILERS-

I really loved this show but I felt the need to make this review for a few reasons. After watching the second half of the show as it aired this season, I got a lot more invested once they finally started talking about becoming idles. For some reason, they decided to make the first 5 or 6 episodes purely filler. Sure we get a little bit of world building and some very minor character development, but that's half of the entire show. If they dedicated that time to the story or some deeper development for the main characters, this show could've been so much more.

Mixed Feelings
-SPOILERS-
As a whole, I think that Kokoro Connect is a 7/10, but these last 4 episodes just felt a little lacking when compared to the past three arcs.

-Story- 6/10
The story follows the same formula as the other arcs, with a new phenomenon appearing and causing discord between the main characters. By this point, it seemed as though Iori's character arc had concluded with the last arc. The art is incredibly average, but it's not the highlight of the show so that's alright.

The opening and ending are nice, but the background music and sound effects are also incredibly average.

The characters are the main selling point. If you don't like these characters, then you won't like this anime. Most of their personalities are unoriginal, but it's through the interactions between these ...

K-On!! (Anime) add
I'm not gonna pretend to have noticed the supposed subtle character development and commonly misinterpreted greatness that somehow makes this show a masterpiece, but it's pretty epic.

Pretty solid story, nothing crazy but nothing too ambitious.

Epic art. In lots of the everyday interactions between the girls, body language is used to distinguish their personalities, despite them being really simple. There are incredibly beautiful scenes here and there and it really adds to the emotion towards the end of the season. The characters seem to always be moving in every conversation, really adding to the enjoyment of the show.

Nothing incredible in the sound, but I really love ...
