Usagi Drop

same setup of a guy taking on the responsibility of a young girl related to him (around 5) and how she changes his life in terms of his maturity, and how he sees things. Usagi drop is probably aimed at an older audience however, as it shows it in a much slower, relaxes, real life sort of pace. Along with an older male lead. While Aishiteruze Baby is aimed at a younger, more definitely female audience, with half the manga focusing on his romance life as well, with a lot more drama.

aishiteruze also has a male lead dealing with looking after a young girl for different reasons. Though it has a lot more focus on romance, cuteness, and drama, definitely a shoujo manga compared to my girl, but the themes are similar.

an older man having to look after a young girl, for different reasons. The two have very similar stories, but perhaps a different mood to how they tell them. My Girl seems a lot more like it has many morals to share with the viewers, while usagi drop seems to be more realistic in terms of drama, and comedic. Both are good reads.

Kure-nai

Both anime feature a high school student taking on the responsibility of a young child, though the circumstances of the child are different (and therefore lead to different storylines), the theme is present in both. So for this reason I suggest Kure-nai lovers to try out Aishiteruze Baby, especially if the relationship between carer and child is what appealed to you.

Elfen Lied

Though Chobits certainly doesn't have the same level of violence that Elfen Lied has (or any), I feel both are very similar in the setup. Both are harem's with a vague plot to try cover the pointless nudity/cuteness, and Nyu and Chi share almost every personality trait.

It's hard to compare either of these anime to anything else, as I feel they are both quite unique. But, even though Kigeki does not have the same goth feel, there is a similarity in mood and how these stories are told. Both seem to rely more on visuals than dialogue, each with their own sense of a dark fairytale, taking us into another, but still familiar world.

Baccano!

Similar themes, such as alchemy, and the time era. Though the style it's shown in is quite different, as well as FMA having a main character (as opposed to Baccano), they're still similar in many ways. Both having a wide range of characters, violence, and nicely animated action.
