I don't want to spoil much, but both are psycological thrillers and the same in the sense that the main characters of both stories both mirror each other . both have very pleasing art as well. I think if you find An Uncomfortable Truth amazing, you will also very much like Save Me. although there is bullying of a disabled person in Save me, but the plot twists and storyline are excellent.
