Similar themes of friendship and creating your own family. With both Team Natsu and the friends that Sally makes, I really feel bonds between each member and am drawn in by their backstories.

Both show the lives of the upper class. The two stories start in very different directions, but if you're just in the mood for some high school slice of life with some memorable characters and funny moments that grow on you as the series goes on, I think both series do this extremely well. One is a shonen, the other is a shojo, but I think they both kind of subvert what you'd come to expect from those types of manga.

Both combine comedy, action and romance. Paranormal elements are used to show the importance of letting go of love you had in the past and move on. If you're reading Queen's Quality, start with QQ Sweeper and read Queen's Quality second.

Mao is by the same author as Inuyasha. I think both series will appeal to those who enjoy Takahashi's more serious work.

I feel like fans of Queen's Quality should give Dengeki Daisy a read and vice versa. Honestly, I'd be surprised if anyone who reads Queen's Quality isn't curious to peek at Dengeki Daisy with how often the author refences Daisy's characters in her side-drawings and author's notes. Both series are great.

Mattaku Saikin no Tantei to Kitara

Mattaku Saikin no Tantei to Kitara is a detective parady that has dabbled in some Detective Conan-like mysteries. I can't help thinking of Nagumo Keiichirou as sort of an old and bitter alternate universe version of adult Shinichi if he had never become Conan but also if things went very downhill for him after high school.

For if you want a bit of mystery in your series. The romances and humor feels pretty similar to Ranma with the same will they or won't they feel. Hattori and Shinichi have a friendly rivalry that reminds me a lot of Ranma and Ryoga.
