As silly and frustrating as this anime was, it was still quite enjoyable.

One great thing about it is that it is very difficult to guess who Momo will end up with, which, I find it always extremely obvious from the start in every story I come across. Even up until the last two episodes (23 and 24), I wasn't totally sure!!!!

I don't know what else to say but this - if you are like me, and for some reason, you like stupid romance anime like this, you will enjoy it.

It's pretty obvious the kind of anime it is within the first couple of episodes. So, ... if you don't like it by then, don't bother continuing.

Did I enjoy it? Yes. Eventually.
Did it annoy me to no end? Also yes.

This anime is funny and has a very wholesome vibe, which I enjoyed.... until, of course, the disgusting violence against women.

Each of the female characters at some point get slapped in the face by their husband. The best part? IT'S NOT EVEN ADDRESSED AFTERWARDS. Just *bitch*slap* then 2 minutes later they make up. No apologies. Nothing. Oh, but it must be for a good reason, right?

NOPE. JUST CAUSE THE FEMALES GET UPSET AND ACT A LITTLE HYSTERICAL. APPARENTLY IT'S A CRIME TO CRY OR YELL.

Even others who witness the slap just ... act like it's normal. I get that this is another culture. But this show normalizes violence against women and it's pathetic.
Naoki Irie is supposed to be the heartthrob of the show and he's a monster.

Anyway. Now that my rant is over, I did enjoy the show because
a) it's funny
b) it follows the cast through college, work, marriage, etc. which is a nice change to most anime.
