I know there are lots of negative reviews of Yasuke, but could we appreciate the music? I absolutely love the soundscape, I would claim it's one of the best "sounding" animes out there, and also the intro is probably one of the best anime intro songs of all time.

Now back to the review. I really tried to love the project I was really excited for it bc of the music, but it was a huge let down. One of the main issues I have about the show is that it's based on a real event, which I thought was really cool at first. However ... they completely change the entire story and they add magic (which is fine ig i don't mind) but the add mec's and thats a bit too far. It doesn't fit the theme of the show and is highly unnecessary.

The characters are really meh, i dont hate them, i dont love them. they r whatever ig. The story is a bit the same, it is okay but there are no interesting characters in the show that makes me want to follow the story. I tried to enjoy this... it was just too hard.

Recommend: I recommend listing to the soundtrack, and i could say "hey, the art and fights are pretty cool and well made" but it isnt enough to make the entire show enjoyable. i dont rly recommend this show;(
