I'll go over the style of the manga first and then I'll say something about the story of this so called "racist" manga.
The style is unique in its own way, it does remind me of CSM in some scenes but with its on quirks and silliness. The art style is very fitting for this manga and I'm sucker of it.
The manga means no racism and there are a lot of points in the background or in what the characters say where it's clear, that the aliens do have more rights. From the first chapters (don't remember exact page) on the background there's a buildboard saying:
...
"parking Humans pay X amount. Aliens Free". Or when the alien bumps into Nomamoto and doesn't apologize and goes into aggression saying "Are you accusing me" and the aliens human girlfriend has to apologize, another point in the first chapter when Kitami tells Nomamoto, that the police didn't even bother looking for the alien who crashed into his family car causing his whole family to die. The manga also throws us occasional hints on the aliens having more rights (2 hints I already talked about), But another thing that was a hint is when in chapter 3, when Nomamoto meets her alien neighbours in a park, and the wife alien gives money to her husband who lost like 20k Yen and demands for more and doesn't even care about giving him more to do god knows what. Yet still living in shabby apartment next to Nomamoto who gets paid close to nothing and lives next to them.
The manga is too early to be called racist, if you do, please re read it and pay attention to background and other stuff and just what they say there. If you don't want to keep reading it and will call it racist early as 3 chapters out, don't write a review and just sit in a corner or something, but if you want to call it racist keep reading it and maybe you'll change your mind because it's not racist.
Last thing if you have enough braincells to read and catch on small little details, you will enjoy the manga.
