Heard this series was actually decent despite its weird ass name so decided to check it out. Guess what, its exactly as its name sounds. Despite having a promising beginning where I somehow thought this wouldn't turn into a dogshit harem type, with the mc developing realistic and sweet feelings for a girl he met while going dungeon traipsing. Unfortunately, this quickly devolved into a clear rpg inspired, haremy piece of shit. Mc has at least 20 girls falling all over him, the worst of all an apparent goddess? who wears the ugliest, dumbest looking clothes I have ever seen (and no not because her ... boobs are hanging out, i dont care abt that shit, the outfit is just ugly.) I'm not saying every deity like character has to be some omnipotent being, I mean if you look in actual mythology the gods were some real dumbasses. But the way Hestia is presented is just plain cringy and dumb. The rpg elements are also just plain stupid, honestly the very idea of rpg elements in a show is ridiculously dumb and one I have only seen presented well a few times, and dungeon is not one of those. Don't waste your time with this show.

When I'm watching a hentai I look for two things to see if the show can stand up critically or if its only enjoyable for mindless trash sexual kicks. Those two are either a good story with tasteful sex that enhances or goes along with the story, or throwing realistic sex out the window and turning itself into an absurd comedy. I think u can guess which one this was. Women at Work was enjoyable for several reasons. It has diverse and interesting characters that ... are likeable, and its just funny as fuck. The only reason I'm not giving it a "good" rating is because as funny as it is, making fun of yourself can only take absurd entertainment so far. Its not a "good" show at the end of the day which shouldnt be a surprise for anyone. Watch if you want a quick absurd comedy with some likeable (and hot) characters.

This is one of those sex oriented shows that are just nice to watch, the art style is beautiful, the music is peaceful, the environment is nice, etc. But at the end of the day, this is pretty much just a trashy show that teeters on the edge of romanticizing sexual assault. Why do I even keep watching shit like this when I know what it's main purpose is? Honestly I have no idea, its a weird obsession at this point, moving on. But if anyone has any recommendations for anime with actual good storylines with a similar art style it would be super appreciated.
