This series has a great start, the world building, the animation, all is good. But the too much of information overload as the donghua start.

It gives different feeling as it not much like the typical donghua where mc is reincarnated or get some hidden treasure or mythical rare creature who helps him or like he have guidance of some god or great master. which is a + point for the anime.

The thing that annoys me that is the mc has not started cultivation and i have past half the 1st season. well it is a cultivation donghua so he should have ... start after like 5 ep but, I'm at 16 and he still at starting point. and other thing that annoys me is there a limit how good novice, naïve, you can make mc, too much of that make mc look spineless guy, I get it that didn't wanted any typical generic stuff of cultivation donghua, but at least have that dude some spine. the mc lost his parents at early age, he has seen how cruel the world is but he still behave naive and idiotic rather than getting stronger almost as if he has lost his will to live.

tbh it chaotic, every big character has their own goal and this season is more like starting story for those character, which way the story will head for mc is more confusing.

This donghua is worst ever for me.

I had watched my donghua but this is appalling I tried to watch it, as it's related to soul land universe. But man the mc is bullshit.

He's weak against like every enemy but strong only in some case.
There like no progress in cultivation.
The mc Acts stupid all the time, apologizing to people who try to kill you and even save them.

The animation is decent but the background sounds sucks in season 1.

... The attack and defence looks stupid.
Basically all characters have few loose screws.

I tried but I give up.
And every women he encountered who have strong background till now is like his future wife.

Background Sounds: 2/10 many fights does not have background sounds such a bummer.

If you like mc who kills without hesitation and no regret, this is for you but, man the mc is weakling and top of it the FL is even worse extremely naïve and dim-witted.
Even sakura would not be hated as much as her.
Really thought it be one hell of a anime considering the starting but went down hill soon after. We can say not a typical anime, they tried something out of ordinary but failed utterly, also fl ruined many scene but every time she is beaten is worth watching.
Man what's with the pink hair girl, they really are fucking annoying ... in most anime leaving zero2 aside.

art: 4/10 Not bad, ok ok.
story: 0/10 The story was sloppy, inconsistent, and most of it made no sense, and in first season they did not even make clear how it all started only giving vague idea, considering their sloppy story it wouldn't be bad to show how it all started.
The story might be good(not sure though as not read manga) but the execution is poor and there's little no character development.
All the villain did their job well and perfectly no complains in that department
concl.:MC didn't achieve his objective in first season and taking FL in consideration he would me even more pussy in 2nd season if there's any.
Rating it 2 as mc killed many people in name of revenge. Many deserve it some did not but who can say who's right when all the thing in life are relative.

This anime come in league with "Happy Sugar Life". The Character developments of the character is none. The MC is a pussy and a true believer of talk-no-jutsu. Basically there no background story for any character just a minute of introduction. there are many anime which have outdone themselves in 12 episodes but this anime is a piece of shit not a piece but whole anime.
The plot could have been great with the side character like his uncle. the maker choose not to such a shame

In my opinion, I would rather watch "happy sugar life" than this.

The protagonist is really worst and the gags are really lame there are many anime where girl dominates but this really is worst and it really does not give the anime vibe which Japanese anime has as it is Chinese.

if you can't pull off the complex story don't start it i really hoped there would be change in the story but there was nothing till episode 6 so it would be foolish or masochist of me to continue any further.

at last don't torture yourself watching this shit.
