FRIENDSHIP, LOVE, BETRAYAL and REVENGE! Great stories and wonderful storytelling, similar plot devices and stunning action scenes are what define these two great comics.

If you liked Claymore add

...then you might like Psyren add

They are both shounen manga with a very well built universe and story and a more mature feel. The action is intertwined with the story development and explanations very well and even though at first glance you may say there are a lot of differences between the two (like setting, timeline, weapons, powers...), the feeling I got after reading Psyren is very similar to that from Claymore. They are well written and there is also a lot of consistency to the story in both of them, a characteristic which lacks from many other mangas. The fights are very entertaining and original and never boring. The characters are well developed (a bit more in Claymore) and diverse, they are intelligent and grow throughout the story, adapt well in new situations and don't usually make stupid mistakes. I honestly recommend anyone who likes Claymore to have a go at Psyren too, or vice versa. (recommendation after reading 110 Chs of Psyren and 105 Chs of Claymore)
