C3 is basically a school comedy, that fights other cursed people, while Black Bullet is a post-apocalyptic setting, fighting monsters.

Witch Craft Works follows a boy who is being targeted by enemy witches, and is being protected by an emotionless girl.

Robot Girls Z, though unknown reasons how they get superpowers, is somewhat a much more mature theme then PPGZ.
