Outlandish characters battling it out. Re:Creators is more like bad guys VS good guys, while Juni Taisen is a battle royale. I do think that they are for a similar audience however.

JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 3: Stardust Crusaders
add

Trigun gave me some occasional Jojo vibes with it's villains. They are very over the top to the ridiculous degree. One villain has a flame thrower lighter with which he lights his "cigarette", which is basically just one of those fireworks sparkler sticks for kids, if that doesn't tell you that this show has "rule of cool" elements idk what to tell you. Very ridiculous, but very fun and cool in the same dweeby way that jojos is fun and cool. Most similar to part 3 in particular because trigun is mostly a villain of the week show were they're constantly moving from location to location in a desert like environment.

Both are anime with Mechs/robots with themes of sacrifice and love. Bokura no is definitely more heavy hitting, but Mai HIME is worth the watch.

These are great anime to watch when you are feeling down, they pace gently through interesting worlds with soft characters and interesting enough storylines. Very similar main characters.

Rikka wishes she could be Misaki, and I'd say they are rather similar, although that is where the similarities end.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen

both are about two elite rivals falling in love. Karekano is more about the relationship, while in Kaguya-sama the whole battle is getting the other to confess in the first place. Both have comedy.

Both have a similar feel to it. Both are about different organisations and people clashing in their goals. Both center around the supernatural elements that are happening in the city they live in.

Kitai Fuku ga Aru

both of these are media about Lolita Fashion. Although kitai fuku ga aru is definitely more about the experience of wearing lolita fashion, both are a good read if you are interested in the fashion, or if you are a lolita.

If you liked
Fushigi Yuugi

InuYasha

Both of these shows are isekai anime before that really was considered to be a thing. So it's an isekai without all the trappings of more modern isekai. These two in particular are really similar to each other. They both feature female main characters who fulfill a priestess role, who have romantic relations with a person from that other world. Neither of them really go back much to their original worlds, so in both the story mostly takes part in the other world. (and both feature jealous characters that become really grating after a while lol) I think Fushigi Yuugi is a little bit (focus on the little bit) more satisfying to watch than inuyasha in terms of character development, but it is a little bit more... unique... so to say. Both are a good watch if you are into this kind of thing, so I would recommend you watch both of them. After having watched Fushigi Yuugi you should watch Inuyasha since it's just a classic and it's good time passing. And you should watch Fushigi Yuugi after having watched Inuyasha if you want more from where that came from.

Kokoro Connect

ReLIFE
add

These shows are about similar tropes; ReLIFE is about becoming young again while kokoro connect is about a body switch. Both these tropes are really about living life in somebody else's shoes. Kokoro connect has a more satisfying ending, but if you enjoy these kinds of tropes then I would not skip ReLIFE.

If you liked
Princess Tutu

Mawaru Penguindrum
add

Both are magical girl shows with trippy themes, not usually associated with the genre. Both feature characters trying to circumvent fate. Although Mawaru penguin drum definitely is more appealing to the eye.

add

Watemote is the cringe version of Chuunibyou demo koi ga shitai. Or the other way around, whatever you please. If you want more chuunibyou cringe then I recommend watching watamote, if you want a bit more fluff with chuunibyou themes then watch Chuunibyou demo koi ga shitai.

Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso
add

If you want more of the classical music that Shigatsu wa kimi no Uso had to offer you, Princess Tutu might be a good watch. The show isn't necessarily about the music, but all the music used in the background are all stellar classical pieces. As far as a magical girl anime goes, princess tutu isn't that concerned with being too cute, it is more about the cliche's you would find in fairy tales and ballets.

If you liked
Piano no Mori

...then you might like
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso
add

Both are about classical music, but it has more a central place in Piano no Mori. Both are about the hardships of being a professional at a younger age. Piano no Mori is perfect if you want more of the classical music that you got in Shigatsu wa kimi no uso.
