Damn this got me hyped for the one piece remake.
I know this is made by toei and the remake is gonna be made by wit, but this shows how good the remake could be.
I loved seeing marineford in this style, and watching one piece from a third person view makes the world seem so much bigger.
Sucks the girl never got to give her letter to nami but I like that she atleast got to see her, and the fact we get to see how famous brook really is in the one piece world is so good, i've never heard the song they were singing ... but it seems hes got a good catalog.
This special is a must watch for any one piece fan past the time skip, the clip of luffy with ace is so beautiful makes me miss ace again.

Lovely complex is really good.
Otani and Risa start the show as best friends, everyone knows them as that comedy duo, but Risa starts to develop feelings for otani.
In the beginning I thought this was just another slow burn romance, and I was somewhat right, although many series like to slowly develop the romance none do it like this one. Never will there be a show that edges the viewer like this one, the amount of times ive given up on the main couple is beyond the amount of fingers I have, for a period of like 12 eps, Risa would say she likes Otani then ... Otani would reject her, she then goes to her friend Nobu to complain about it, Nobu then gives her a plan to win over Otani's heart just for Risa to mess up again. At this point in the show they just started throwing out all romance anime cliches (firework festival, sick episode, white day, valentines day, birthdays) all in the hope of Otani starting to like Risa, he never gets a clue, Risa at this point is giving up on Otani and starts to like their teacher Maiti. Maiti is probably the most shoujo romance character ever, Risa starts crushing over him and Otani starts to get jealous, at this point its been 16 or so eps and nothing has happened, however, Otani starts to realize that he can't live without Risa. Now its her birthday and he confesses (hooray), up till here the shows good. Ep 21 and 22 happen, a new character who shall not be named is introduced and works at the same place as Risa, obviously he starts to like her, and when he sees her tired after a long day of work he tries to kiss her will she's sleeping, Otani see's this and thinks she's cheating on him, Risa confronts and clears up the misunderstanding, all's good until this bit** who shall not be named invites Risa to a online concert of her favorite artist. Up till now in the series the author has been repeating that Risa is really stupid but never did she reach this level of stupidity, she goes to the concert and Otani finds out, they break up and the show goes from a 8-9 to a 5-6.
The saving grace is the ending where they make up, Otani needs a place to stay so he stays at her house, they both oversleep and Otani almost misses his exam if not for Risa. He passes the exam and they graduate from school.

This movie is about a boy and a girl with insecurities, the boy is scared of talking to people and the girl is insecure about her buck teeth, its really cute how both of them help each other to get over their insecurity and slowly better themselves, the ending where he read out all the haiku's hes been writing across the movie in front of everyone, is really nice and shows that he has somewhat progressed as a person and the girl showing her buckteeth to him is a fantastic ending ending.
This the only good part of the movie the rest of it was pretty ... boring, the story of them looking for the record was 80 percent of the movie and it got repetitive very quickly and when i when was almost about to sleep they found it, so i was awake again ready to see the most heartbreaking and beautiful flashback but no it was two scenes and both of them are just them kissing, another plot point is cherry leaving his house (cherry is the only name i remember), this added nothing to the story there was no tension at any point other than the ending.

Masamune-kun no revenge is pretty good show, there are only 2 or 3 characters i hate and the rest are pretty good, from the beginning,
from when Adagaki was introduced to the last episode, i found her pretty funny and enjoyable as a character sometime her tsundereness would be cringe but its tolerable.
the main character has a straight forward goal, to get revenge on Adagaki but their relationship/dynamic is so enjoyable it makes me wish he would learn the truth. Him saving Adagaki from the guy with the knife felt really forced tho, and also how did she not get creeped out that he was ... following her. Anyway past this he is a likable character and his role in the play was great. Him rejecting the orange hair girl to get his revenge on Adagaki shows how much he wants it and make it more relevant to the plot.
Most of my thoughts on the show are positive, however, 2 specific characters and a trope ruined the enjoyment for me when they were on screen. The kojuurou guy and masamunes mom, please someone explain whats the point of his mom looking like a kid, every time she came up it made me think that his dad is a pedo. Kojuurou being a guy but looking and acting like a girl made him so dislikable, and in the end when tried to act like a man is so cringey. The show would not change a bit if he was there or not.
Ending is peak.

Never have i read a story without a single good character, even the worst shows have at least one, but this is an exception.
Art ugly,, the fight with jahad may be the ugliest most boring fight in history. And him just running away is the worst ending to a fight in manga/manhua history, if jahad was atleast a funny or interesting character or had a compelling backstory I wouldnt mind him, but he has nothing. Atleast the first fight there was an attempt to give the character some personality(but its hot garbage).
Story bland. I mean theres no emotion and he doesnt even develop as a ... fighter, and how does he challenge for the world title, not any local title, no the world title after 2 fights. Overhyped asf.
