If you are looking for a show with a strong female protagonist, this show is not it.
If you are looking for character depth and development, this is not it.
Do you want lots of little battles that are cut short and somehow don't seem fulfilling?
Do you want a weird take on the term "genderbent?"
Do you want to tune in ever week and spend a few minutes trying to remember what happened?
Do you like awful takes on socio-economic things? THNE THIS IS FOR YOU.
All of the characters felt very predictable and one sided. I never felt like there was any growth besides age and time.

The idea of the story seemed like it could have some interesting development in terms of sociopolitical things but honestly it felt so rushed and they would introduce whole ass organizations as if you knew what they were talking about. The first 5 episodes had me constantly confused and wondering if it was just one of those light novels that get an anime but expected you to read the light novel.
This is one of the worst female MC's I've watched. Sadly, this was on one of the anime's I was excited about this year. I love sword fighting and strong female MC's but she just felt so bland.
