The one & only reason I wanted to watch this overhyped series was for fan service but I was left disappointed because there was very little actual sex , at the end of the review I did a break down of the exact amount of fan service (calculated in minutes) in the entire anime, and there is a summary.
STORY:-
the anime has no story what so ever , without any exaggeration even some of the most dull hentai videos have more "story" than this anime.
However just to describe the events: the anime is about Zel (Male elf) , Stunk (Male human) , Crim (a shy
...
shouta futanari angel) & two or three additional nobodies , this gang of "adventurers" go to brothels to f*** different species & then publish a review of the brothel.
Every episode begins with this gang talking about which brothel they should go to & which species are better to have sex with, so most of the episode ends up with these guys talking with each other over this same exact topic & the episode ends with a very short "sex" scene (if we can even call it that), I will clarify this more in the fan service section, so most of the episode ends up being just talk talk talk & it gets quite repetitive.
COMEDY:-
There is zero comedy in this anime, the only thing which one could remotely describe as being funny is when Meidri (the waitress of the cafeteria to which Stunk & Co. go) punches them whenever Stunk talks about sex, if any one finds the overused cliche (of a girl shouting "pervert" whenever a guy talks about sex) to be funny then I feel sorry for you.
ACTION:-
this anime has zero action, in the entire anime there was a total of just 1:46 minute worth of action, so even a relatively short hentai series like Rance the quest for Hikari actually has far much better action/adventure scenes than this series, even though no one watches Rance for the adventure.
FAN SERVICE:-
finally the most important part of the review, as I said the main reason why I even watched this was for the sex scenes, but most of the time they skip these scenes , they just show you the first few seconds of it & then skip it leaving the rest to your imagination, I felt like there was barely any actual sex & felt like a good portion of it was just still images , so I rewatched the entire anime & calculated every second in which there was any nudity (even if without sex) & this is the result:-
There was a total of 36 minutes of nudity (including the scenes in which the characters are nude but not having sex or when they are having sex) in the entire series, out of which 5 minutes are still images & 6:22 minutes are actual good sex scenes in which the characters are banging ( in these good scenes obviously the genitals are not shown & if they are shown they are censored with light or slime or something else), watching 12 episodes just for that 6 minutes worth of actuall good sex scenes was not worth it, especially since even those are heavily censored, these good scenes where in episode 12, 3 ,6, 8 & 9.
SUMMARY:-
The anime has less "story" than some of the most dull hentai videos.
It has zero action/adventure.
And even in the sex scenes it fails to compensate because of the overuse of still images in the "sex" scenes which are already extremely short to begin with.
This anime would have been far much better & I would have given it a 9/10 if they made the BD version into full fledged hentai while keeping the TV version the way it is, this way they would compensate for having no story, no action & no comedy.
Ofcourse you may wonder why I watched it if I didn't like it , I watched because we are all in quarantine & I have all the time in the world & in any case it was better than watching CNN talking about Corona virus.
