...then you might like Flip Flappers add

Both of them feature parallel fairy-tale settings that have some connection to the real world. Beyond that, the themes/moods are pretty different. Natsuyuki Randevous is a romantic drama that deals with death and adult life. Flip Flappers (as this is being written, there are 8 episodes) has been a cheerful adventure with some mysteries lingering in the background. The main characters are all in school still, and working with organizations on the side.

They're both pretty episodic, have a lot of magical battles, a cute-girl duo and sometimes have juxtaposed styles or style shifts. PSG is a lot more mature than Flip Flappers, though there is still some fanservice thrown in there.

They're both mindtrips at times, as they have strong fantasy worlds side-by-side with more real ones. The borders between the two worlds aren't so clear, though. They both have a certain amount of scifi woven into them too.

Both series feature bizarre alternative worlds on a regular basis. Their styles are also both classic, in very different ways. Kaiba feels like a 40s cartoon, whereas Flip Flappers has a 90s meets Trigger feel.

I know it's already been suggested a few times, but these two series have extremely similar themes and vibes. Young guy moves to the countryside out of obligation, encounters a stray child, adventures ensue.

They're both about Tanuki hijinks. Poco's udon world is about encountering tanuki, whereas Uchoten Kazoku is about the tanuki culture and lifestyle.

They both have immersive fantasy worlds and the artists give a lot of attention to detail.

If you liked Prunus Girl add

...then you might like Reversible! add

They both have crossdressing leads. Prunus Girl was a little more laid back the whole time, but Reversible doesn't get super heavy either. I think the main similarity is how they handled the main characters though. Aikawa and Yaezaki had a similar balance of masculine and feminine traits.

They're both about crossdressing. They also give off pretty similar vibes in both their art and storytelling. Both stories are very character oriented and get into each of the characters' personalities and reasons behind why they dress/act the way they do. Horou Musuko is a bit more down-to-earth and innocent growing-up story. Bokura no Hentai is more mature and is laced with little bits of fantasy and philosophy.
