This show as probably as close to a spiritual successor to Ore Monogatari as you can get. Despite going against the odds with weak animation and a new director, I was more excited for new episodes more than any other show this season. Similar to Ore Monogatari, everyone is just there to have a good time, with enough heartwarming moments to make me smile through the entirety of every episode. I was so disappointed when I found out there would only be ten! Well, I guess I'll just have to wait for the OVA and read the manga! I fully recommend this to everyone, whether

This anime is one of the best I've seen in recent history. The story, though simple, is heartwarming in the truest form. The episodes are mostly day-to-day adventures, but each one is clever, uplifting, and very often hilarious.
The regular animation is nice in and of itself, but I gave it a 9 for two reasons. Firstly, as calligraphy is a central part of the plot, it obviously has to show up on screen from time to time. The creators did an excellent job of designing beautiful calligraphy that is just is amazing animated as in real life. Secondly, the ED is just plain and ... Jul 30, 2012

Okay, it seems a lot of people hate this series, and I really, REALLY see where they're comming from.
It starts out amazing. Mindscrews and everything all over the place. Then...well, it shifts into more of a sterotypical action harem. And as an action harem it's not very good. The way the story flowed was awful, switching from a psycholigical crime thriller to a fantasy back and forth. The characters were all generic, you could probably play a game naming all of the expys there are. But it was still enjoyable. Though the actual anime wasn't all that good, it still really messed with your mind. In ... Jun 2, 2012

Okay, chances are if you're reading this you've probably at least heard of this series. It's known for mainly one reason:
YOU LOVE IT OR YOU CAN'T STAND THE FREAKING HELL OF IT! To get this out of the way, I fall in the first category. This is the most generic, steriotipical, preditable harem in existance. Seriously, the characters are that over-used. But from my point of view, that's part of the reason why I like it. After just finishing a huge dose of WTF?! a la Panty and Stocking, it was nice to kinda relax and let the weak plot unroll itself. I do have to ... Jul 19, 2011

This is one of my favorite manga of all time. The story starts out predictable, but the second half is full of plot twists. So much that some points are very confusing. (Not to mention the orgianl plot-line is somewhat forgotten, but for a good reason.) The art is no less than outstanding (What else would you expect from CLAMP?) and the characters well developed. One of my favorite parts are the pages in between the chapters, when CLAMP shows off some of their best artwork. Every book cover is drawn with them wearing different style clothes. Each of the worlds have their own style,
