Ningen Konchuuki

Both of these series are by Osamu Tezuka and both series main characters are serial killers with rather complicated past lives. Both characters aren't afraid to manipulate the world around them to get what they want. Ningen Konchuuki is shorter than MW however, only a few chapters long. MW is also much more developed than Ningen Konchuuki was to me (personally).

Cat and mouse with some sort of non-human element to it (Inuyashiki has sci-fi meanwhile Death Note is more supernatural) and both of the main characters have opposing beliefs.

Throughout reading this manga, One Piece couldn't help but give me Magi vibes. There are protagonists that are optimistic and rather dense at times. Both series are about groups of friends going on epic adventures across their universes, the humor is even rather similar. Even the temporary plot changes are rather similar. Also, both dwell in deeper political topics like war and equality.

They're both series where the main focus are cute characters, in the case with Keroro Gunsou it's alien frogs and Yokai Watch it's Yokai. The stories and humor are pretty similar to one another as well and they're targeted to children in Japan. Even some of the characters are pretty similar (Keita is similar to Fuyuki and Jibanyan is similar to Tamama).
