I don't know why people often give this anime score 1 out of 10, but this anime is not as bad as it look. Not bad as Divine Gate which is very disappointing.
Big Order may seems like Mirai Nikki trying to do Code Geass because the character have special power to order someone like Code Geass and the design is similar from Mirai Nikki. But that actually make things interesting, it looks like a spin off.
Story is 7, because the first few episode is not very original but there are lots of plot twist along the way even
...
at episode 10, you cannot expect what will happen next.
Art is 8, I can't complain enough because its great, the design is like Mirai Nikki with some awesome CG animation.
Sound is 7, because there is awesome opening by Yousei Teikoku which takes me back dreaming about Mirai Nikki. But the ending is horrible and so creepy.

Character is 6, because I admit it that the character development is not very good maybe because of the mind erasing and brain washing (spoiler from episode 10)
Enjoyment is 8, because there are many mind blowing scene including fan service and weird-nuts things like getting pregnant when someone touch the bunny ears hahaha (spoiler from episode 3)
Overall is 9, the conclusion is Big Order is not bad and not very good also, so I'm just hopping more people on MAL will rate it 7 or 6 instead of 1 or 2.
