Both anime deal with the relationship between mother and child and how those bonds define a person's character. There is also the age progression factor, in Kemono no Souja you see the main character growing up and developing as the show progresses. On other notes, good animation and a pretty nice OST

Dirty sex jokes in both anime, although Hen zemi is even dirtier and more lewd. If you really like sexual humor and want something more mature and with more well thought jokes, go watch Hen Zemi. Be aware that HZ has some poop jokes and other gross stuff that may not be suitable for everyone.

Chocotto Sister

-Both share the same atmosphere. -Both anime focus on the non romantic relationship between siblings (In Chocotto Sister the little sister is not related by blood to her older brother though) and how characters care for each other. In both anime some of the problmes the characters face are some misunderstandings and sometimes lack of mutual trust. -Both have cute and heartwarming moments. -Both have super cute little sisters. Just keep in mind that Chocotto sister has more fanservice (nothing like To love ru or any other ecchi anime) and may not be as suitable for children as Binbou Shimai.

Yumekui Merry

Both use dreams as a key plot point, in Yumekui Merry there is a supernatural explanation to why the characters interact with the world of dreams while Paprika gives a scientific view on the same matter. The ambient inside the dreams is kind of surreal in Yumeki Merry, and of you liked that atmosphere then Paprika is even better. They also have good animation, of course Paprika has better animation but Yumekui Merry has great scenes considering it's a 13 episodes series.
