I was so disappointed by this anime. I hear a lot of people hate Trigger for ruining shows with bad endings, but honestly I still really enjoyed Darling in the FranXX, Kiznaiver, and Cyberpunk Edgerunners. Unlike those animes that were hurt to varying degrees on account of their bad endings, PROMARE was bad throughout.
Characters: All of the characters were boring and one-dimensional. 1/10
Dialogue: The dialogue was incredibly basic failing to amuse me with every one of its jokes. This is probably the show's weakest point since the pain of trying to read what feels like the same few lines being spoken for even a

few minutes made it difficult to invest oneself in the plot whatsoever. 1/10
Plot: I had no clue what was happening and was just waiting for it all to be over. Not going to rate it in this regard.
Art: It was pretty, but not that pretty. Too many bright colors made it hard to take anything seriously and it all just looks like a joke. This art style might be interesting enough to carry like a 5-minute short but does not work for 1hr 51min runtime. 4/10
Music: I liked Kakusei before watching Promare, but playing the same song 6 times was not the move. It lost all the impact it had by the 3rd time it played and they just kept playing. 4/10
Overall: The worst full-length anime I've ever seen. 2/10
