I've been a big Dogakobo fan ever since the release of their 2011 anime, YuruYuri. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too historical, too bishojo. It was on YuruYuri where Masahiko Ohta's presence became more apparent. I think "The Akari Who Leapt Through Time" is the studio's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on mise-en-abyme. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding two seasons.
