Both are about a person who can read the room, although how they accomplish this is a tad different. Both main males are misunderstood. Both are office romance, while exploring the some of the burdens related to having more social information than others. I really like both! Kijima-san to Yamada-san have the MC hearing the internal voice of others. MC is male. While Kuuki ga "Yomeru" have the MC seeing fluffy balls in different colors and states which shows which emotion they are feeling. MC is female

Both MC's have harem, control their own separate world and expand/develop it. Both are isekai and I think both are enjoyable. That being said, Tou no Kanri is NSFW while Tsuki is safe (I think).

Santairiku Eiyuuki

Both are isekai, with Genjitsu being summon and Santairiku being reincarnation. Both become rulers, both solve an economic problem, both are forced into war. A thing that it different so far is that only Genjitsu have a harem. MC of Santairiku has a enjoyable relationship with his.. uhm.. childhood friend, who supports him. Oh. MC of Genjitsu is human and has multiple races in the world, while Santairiku's MC is an elf with long lifespan. Latter also has multiple races.

Risou no Himo Seikatsu

These are not very similar, however they have similarities. - In both the female is a ruler - In both the male lead is a commoner - Both are aiming for romance. In Risou no Himo Seikatsu it's an isekai with court setting with MC taken in as a consort, where some of the focus is their romantic relationship. In Palace Meidi it's historical also with court setting with MC as a servant.

In both the female protagonists are sensitive to what the male lead have on their minds. In Kuuki ga "Yomeru" Shinnyuu Shain to Buaisou na Senpai the female can see the emotions as small cute... fluffy balls. Which means she can read the rooms other have problems with reading. This is in a office setting with adults. Mousou Telepathy is in a highschool setting where the female can read the thoughts and fantasies of the male lead. Both are intresting, if you like one you may like the other!

Both manipulate statuses. Cut and Paste is not Isekai, but rather fantasy. Isekai de Skill is an Isekai and Harem as far as I remember. I enjoyed both, so I think you maybe will too

Both are very cute. In Maou no Musume the Demon King puts a halt on conquering the world because his daugther is so kind (not to mention cute). In Uchi no Ko, an adventurer takes in a demon child and treats her as his daughter. Also very cute. If you like one, you have a high chance of liking the other!

These are both Manga Both are similar in that in both a male are summoned to an otherworldly country. Both take on political work. However, in Risou he is not a king but a prince consort in a currently monogamous marriage with the queen of that country. In Genjitsu the main protaganist becomes the king and there seems to be plans early on to have multiple wives. Both are good (in my opinion of what I have read), with more focus on the marriage part in Risou.

Sono Rettou Kishi, Level 999

Well. Levels are somewhat the same, although Knight is more comedic so far without any real drama (which I appreciate). Murabito or Villager seems to have more world uilding, but I have read quite a bit more of it compaired to Knight. I would recommend both if you like OP protaganists. Knight is about a child who think he is below average for his age (cough) Villager is about a villager who was tired of being weak and sets out to change the world rules..

Both are about lighthearted moments in life. The series is mostly at home of the protagonists. Amaama is about cooking with people, while Osake is about drinking. "Plot" is different, but both are lighthearted and the animation style and colors show this.
