Initially, I loved how they showed the characters figuring out how to survive independently, using the knowledge they had gathered from the books they read while on the Farm. It was a small detail that I quite enjoyed, just so we didn't have to see them learn about everything from scratch, made the storyline progress a little faster. The new characters were also a nice touch, we get to learn more about the Demons and their thoughts/feelings behind the farms and how not every Demon is a monster.
However, the bad side. After reading more into the manga, I've realised that they've completely missed big

It's a really cute anime based on a mythical creature finding a human and deciding to go against its nature to do the right thing and take them back to where they belong. It's both a mix of slice of life and in my opinion, a little action (very little, but it still counts). We watch as the two main characters grow together and even struggle together in some episodes, making it feel more emotional. They developed the characters just enough for us to love them, despite missing the bigger pieces of their story. However, after finishing the anime it is sad to see ...

The anime just follows a bunch of kids around who go off to marry these random-looking creatures and the episodes are 3 minutes long. The story itself was absolutely horrible, I mean marrying some kids off to creatures with no backstory or reason? It felt hollow and I'm honestly quite disappointed in it. I heard such good things about this "short yet cute" anime but I was only disappointed episode after episode. There wasn't even any lore or information about the kids themselves besides "hey, I got picked to marry this random thing while I was in middle school, hooray", like what? Any anime ...

A cute 24-episode romance anime. It touches on relationships with partners, friends and with the main characters. I personally loved how cliche and fuzzy the anime was, especially seeing as the two main characters (sorry Suna), were adorably shy towards each other. It had a nice balance of "life lessons" and love mixed in with it. I also loved how Suna cared about his friend, even in the parts we didn't find out until later on, I do wish he found someone in the end, however. I personally liked the anime, but seeing as some of the episodes seem like repeats, not everyone will enjoy ...

An anime about relationships, childhood and survival. At first, I didn't like the anime due to the amount of fan service, especially since the characters were most likely underaged, but as time and episodes went on, it slowly died out. I was happy to see the relationships between the characters blossom, and some of them didn't even change. From some characters being super annoying (I am looking at you Zorome) to loveable teachers, it was just fantastic. I do however wish we saw more of the Franxxs' in the end, but I guess one massive war being a possible end of the world works ...

Dororo was one of those animes you never hear of, but love. A story about a child who had the misfortune of being born into a very greedy family who only cared about their land and nothing else. The story was heartbreaking from start to end, watching Dororo himself do everything he can to fix a wrong he never asked for, piecing himself back together (literally). Seeing him slowly become physically or emotionally human was quite emotional.
