As of the moment I see this show as a light-anime that is really good to watch in a casual basis. The story of it invests on the characters really heavily over the fact that they two major characters live a double life, under slice-of-life circumstances with an easygoing major arc. I recommend it for fans in anime who are looking for somewhere to start. Its an interesting show.
Animation (8/10) - I like its animation personally, its really bright, detailed at times and has a very modern quality touch into it. Also I never seen it recycle some frames that much, if there ever were
...
instances. The actions during fight scenes too are distinct and really for what it is, in this category there is nothing much to complain.
Storyline (7/10) - It is slightly slow for my liking but, I do understand its appeal. And each episode feels like a slice-of-life skits which then transitions over some time later to its major arc for spying. I do have to admit though that it really has a really creative plot in which suits well, designing it for easy viewing without making it too goofy and pointless. It's a good watch.
Music (7.5/10) - The show leans heavily on a J-Pop music library which is a suitable choice considering that it is mostly a casual-action anime, and a lot of them are on a quite cheery too. Something you may see in a TikTok content, is a good visualization for it. Enough said.

An anime that was really iconic during its time; It was produced during the early 2000s and it was a quintessential A-tier closely up there with the likes of Naruto, One Piece, DBZ and such during its height. Although there are some factors that really stained its ratings for me and I'd discuss it in this review. Nonetheless if you got time to kill, I don't mind recommending it.
Animation (7.5/10) - It has a trademark that was nice for its era, also throughout the entire 366 episodes you would see its animation quality slightly evolve which was an indication that its producers actively spent some
...
time and money during its run. Although on some fights it feels like they are reusing frames which was a common thing for older, action-based animes. Nonetheless, I do not think it'd hurt your viewing experience in any major way.
Storyline (5/10) - Do not get me wrong, its major arcs were great and entertaining. But the way this anime pumps out its filler episodes is through arcs and you'd have to mostly sit through 15-30 episodes of nothing but canon stories which is agonizing. Also, its pacing in general is a little slow. Probably because they are trying to maximize their television runtime then but still, I personally think its these two factors that really held the show back for what its worth. Could've had a higher score, seriously.
Soundtrack (8/10) - Its music library and sound engineering was good! I personally liked it. They have a flexible selection of music ranging from rock, ballad, J-Pop and such that they chose for their intros and extros, and all the sounds and ambience effects they utilized were really atmospheric and distinct. So props on that.

An anime out from the creators of the esteemed, One Punch Man; I kinda like this one because it is one of those animes that although it has a lot of external challenges from the circumstances the protagonist has, he also had internal battles making him really personable. Its a good watch if you mostly looking for a little, break out of more serious show series.
Animation (5.5/10) - Most of the time it looked scribbled and cheaped out on a regular basis, not gonna lie. I guess because One Punch Man was their main disposal. But it has its comeback moments somehow at least whenever
...
major fight scenes happens. With that being said it has a very similar approach to artstyle on how OPM was made except it was slightly rundown and... its passable, I suppose.
Storyline (8.5/10) - This is what I do appreciate mostly in this show; Although it has a very happy-go-lucky storyflow for its supernatural theme; The protagonist regardless progresses to have actual personal developments and resolutions eventually with himself and the issues around him which was nice to see. As I mentioned it is a light show so it had some wacky and slice-of-life moments every now and then too with the characters around the protagonists' life also having their fair share portrayals of imperfections which makes them personable.
Soundtrack (7/10) - You would expect that a supernatural show like this would have a more eerie or atmospheric approach. But no, it had a very consistent, lively, Japanese pop rock library which is something I am not complaining with and you'll see the reason once you watched it. Type of music that will make your head bang and so.

It was a good action-packed anime overall, and it has a potential to have a successful run as it progresses; Although I think its not as memorable just yet because it is still in its establishing phase (within the 12 episodes I watched) so I might adjust this review some time in the future, but it has certainly a lot we can look forward to especially on the journey of the protagonist.
Animation (7/10) - It was produced sticking to the industry standards of modern anime, but I can tell there were some glimpses within they made the effort to exceed from that especially during the
...
fight scenes, so props to it; But mostly the characters' movement were all crisp and they mostly did alright throughout the show. Nothing much to complaint about for me.
Storyline (6/10) - Okay this is where it gets somehow interesting, a grown man coming in contact with an alien specie that gave him some sort of newfound abilities; This season was established based on the premise of normalizing that powers among his peers at least so it has so much to prove yet on the long run. Although it has a steady rise as the protagonist aims to achieve his goals, so at least there seems to be a solid plan on it.
Soundtrack (7/10) - It has a lot of very energetic soundtracks that is mostly a versatile, Japanese pop-rock based library, trying to get the atmosphere hyped up and such which is valid for the show that it is. So props to it because they were very consistent with it too somehow.

This is one of my Top 5 anime shows of all-time; The only complaint you're gonna have upon checking this anime is it should've been longer (Yes, even if the modern standard these days are only 12 episodes per season and this has 36 lol); It was good, and I think as soon as you reached some sort of adolescence it can be really good experience of a show I can recommend. Go check it out.
Animation (8/10) - If we are to compare the animation style of this to the more modern anime that comes out these days, you can see the difference upon the
...
production that can assure you that this was done quite some time ago. But nonetheless, it did not hurt the experience; It has great coloring and atmosphere thematic, and it was executed in a way that doesn't seem like it was cheaped out for its time. Used a lot of gothic-renaissance touches for its thematics too.
Storyline (10/10) - I think the whole storyflow was very direct; It was able to establish the entirety of its plot and power mechanics within the first two episodes, making the rest really enjoyable immediately. The battle-of-the-brains between the opposing side of the story was very creative, intriguing and competitive throughout and the ending it had a very symbolic wrap for the life choices the protagonist made. The characters along the show were somehow memorable to on its own ways, so props to that. It was quite an adventure really that was just perfect and couldn't be any better in my opinion.
Soundtrack (9/10) - So this came out in the mid 2000s so the most notable thing that I noticed to it was majority of the tracks were really rock-based that complimented its dark-based theme. all But it also have some touches of symphonic tunes on it that adds onto the diversity of the library, and compliments it gothic-renaissance style.

A quick-paced, sci-fi anime with a little bit of everything; adventure, romance and some action wherein the characters in this story embark onto space and finds themselves in a conquest to get home safely. Within that twelve-episode watch, there weren't much time wasted and it was able to present itself in a very straightforward manner, and it was easy to get yourself hooked up to.
Animation (7.5/10) - I think they did alright, generally it somehow felt like a middle-child quality in between the 2010s and 2020s; Although what I would like to emphasize is their distinct usage of color palettes. Every time their locations change,
...
so does their color presentation which I think is rudimentary, but a functional method of portraying moods and the environment they reside onto. Alongside with their characters' spacesuits to emphasize their personalities.
Storyline (10/10) - Personally, I love the way how it was written and flown to delivery — In a matter of twelve episodes they were able to establish an in-depth of their plot seamlessly as they embark to their adventure, their characters are notable due to their varying backgrounds, goals and personality and with how it ended they made sure there were no cliffhangers and it was wrapped in a manner everyone gets what they deserved.
Soundtrack (5/10) - Honestly speaking, their soundtracks didn't sticked out that much to me. They have a decent, EP-length catalogue but it was nothing crazy. Although to give some credit somehow, one of the characters did a good thematic song that synced well wrapping the entire series. But other than that, I think it was passable.

I would like to categorize this as some of the most awe-spiring shows that I have seen for awhile — Pertaining as a generalized review from its Season 1 all the way to its final season. It was well-written, well-animated, the complexity of how the story goes makes you feel tensed. It's a good investment of time to look after for, if you're looking for a show to binge onto.
Animation (9/10) - It has a distinct art style that is somehow reminiscent to its manga predecessor; There was also this case wherein later on throughout the run, the franchise switched its animation house to MAPPA
...
so its quality even improved over time. For an anime, they did an good job making their characters expressive and it there wasn't much corners that were cut off for the sake of it.
Storyline (10/10) - As I previously mentioned, it was a well-written story; Its supernatural mechanics were very unique and during the earliest seasons, it has a very concentrated focus which then expands into a GREATLY more massive scale as the characters progress along with their conquests. It also presents a lot of intense dilemmas and scenarios along the way that makes you feel for them and understand its universe on a grander scale.
Soundtrack (9.5/10) - What I liked about their library is they created a balance between the use of atmospheric and heavy metal music which are two, contrast musical approach; Although its common denominator is all their songs aims to induce strong vocal conventions that makes listeners' hearts feel waned up and active. Which blends really well for the thematic of the series.

This show is somewhat underappreciated for what it was; The way it was produced was noticeably small and focused in a lot of aspects but for what it is, it has a consistent blueprint as a show and progressed into something larger and more refined in comparison to its meager beginnings.
Animation (6/10) - It is a noticeable early 2000s anime by the way its aesthetics and animation quality was presented; It had a cookie cutter production value and easily on par with the shows from its time. Although to its credit, a lot of their action scenes has smooth movement flow on it, and
...
that would be its saving grace because it adds onto the detail for what it is.
Storyline (5.5) - Its storyline feels small and too linear. Although it is consistent but it feels like, if this is a bigger anime production like the sorts of Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, et al. The story of Samurai 7 would just be an arc from it. It was so underutilized, for the potential its idea has. The pacing as well feels a bit slow. Other than that, it had an alright and followable story.
Soundtrack (5) - Its soundtrack is very limited, in terms of songs; It only has like, three or four songs on its holster and the rest are just instrumentals and BGM utilized on the show. Although it has a noticeable pattern of using Traditional Japanese theme on their soundtracks list so, props for that thematic effort.

It is an anime that gives an insight on what it is like being a pop idol and public personalities behind the limelight, and the realities they are setting themselves in as they delve into the entertainment industry; It is a totally refreshing experience considering plots alike to this aren't being utilized as often.
Animation (6.5/10) - For today's standards in the 2020s, its animation quality is just on par with every anime shows that are being produced at the moment. No more, no less. Although, I would like to give an emphasis on some of its trademark such as a lot of sparkly and
...
dazzling overlays whenever there are performances, which is a great identifier for their show.
Storyline (7/10) - Since it has twin protagonists, it has a webbed storyline that focuses on the distinct goals per each of the two siblings. Each on how they would plot to achieve their objectives. It also did a good job on interconnecting those two despite their polar differences in personalities and making sufficiently, notable side characters.
Soundtrack (8.5/10) - Considering its storyline, it boasted a lot of well-known J-Pop soundtracks, coming even from YOASOBI, Kana Arima and more. Which is very thematic. A lot of them are enjoyable to listen onto, and most of it introduced a consistent theme of lively instrumentals and cutesy vocals.

A classic, shounen anime featuring arcs of adventure, tribulation, action-packed matchups, and notable characters for their characterization and backstories throughout the show. For me, I think it is an enjoyable show to watch. The only complaint I have was there wasn't enough in a way that the show ended abrupt, in my opinion.
Animation (7.5/10) - The animation quality and characteristic is already showing of its age as the quality of modern anime progresses; Nonetheless, I think it can be forgivable considering it came out for awhile now. Although for its time, I think it was alright. It wouldn't affect the experience much anyway, if you
...
give majority of your attention in the plot.
Storyline (9/10) - The way its storyline progresses is very linear, but is VERY rich and flexible at the same time. It follows a sensible chronological order of arcs, while also not being too fixated on the protagonist at the same time. It makes the side characters more personable and adds more weight to the contribution they provide on the plots. It was great.
Soundtrack (8/10) - A good majority of its soundtracks for the opening were inspiration-inducing; Very fitting for a shounen anime. But it also has a lot of versatility throughout. A lot of it were masterful for the atmospheres and emotions they want to set in. For example, Uvo's Rquiem, Phantom Troupe Theme and Hisoka's Theme. Check it out and you'll see what I'm talking about.
